Dutchmen de Boer completes GP-Racing W300

Guido Prins just pulled in Maikel de Boer which retired of WGP driving and said that if he would get the chance he would be driving in the W300. There could be said Prins and de Boer switched places as Prins himself was driving in the GP-Racing W300 car when de Boer was driving in the Scolari WGP were Prins is going now. Maikel de Boer is happy that he found a seat so fast and hopes his results will be better then when he was driving WGP.

VdvRacing re-sign Ruben Greidanus

Ruben Greidanus will be driving for VdvRacing next season too. The Dutchman said that he had some other offers, but that Vdv was the best one.
This means the driver line-up for VdvRacing is complete. Greidanus will be driving alongside Brit Paul Willins, who got dumped by Scolari.
Team boss of VdvRacing, Nick van der Voort, said: "I am very happy I could keep Ruben. He is a very consistent driver who is very important to the team. I am happy he wanted to drive another year for me."
Ruben Greidanus himself said: "I am very happy I can drive for Vdv again. I wanna thank Nick for that."

Well done on the signing Nick, I must say I think you have one of the strongest driver line-ups for next season (except for Shadow Junior of course) ;)

Hey guys, I've been following the series pretty much all season, anyway I'm gonna be cheeky and just say it'd be great if someone had a spare seat for next year that I could steal (I have an easy to paint helmet!). If not, that's cool, I'd just like to say you're all doing a good job because it's interesting to read it all every race.

Season 2 W300 Provisional Entry List

Senninha Racing - Kurtis Turnbull, Bobby Neil
EA Team W300 - Josh Rayman, Byron van het Bolscher
Ebi Motors - Ebbie Attard, Nick Ovey
SCR W300 - Bernie Bolt, Fransico Fapitalle
VDV Racing - Paul Willins, Ruben Greidanus
Scolari W300 - Robert Mews, Andrew Fuh
GP Racing W300 - Mikey McClain, Maikel de Boer
JJ Bud Racing - --- ---, --- ---
Team Shadow Subaru - Will Wood, Raymond Buijs
To be confirmed - Roberto Yermo, --- ---
Devil Fox Racing Junior - Redmer Postma, --- ---

As we can see here on the list there are still 4 seats to fill up. JJ Bud Racing still needs 2 drivers, DFR Junior & Brazier's team needs a second driver.
The series are taking much shape for next season. I think almost nobody can't wait for the second season of W300 racing.

If you can find a way to get 12 teams in the game then you are in, otherwise you'll have to take over another team as we're now full ;)

Italian Grand Prix Qualifying

The race tomorrow will once again have no stops as the programme didn't work again. I shall also not be able to run next weeks Belgian Grand Prix as I'll be at Brands Hatch for the BTCC (:D) so any volunteers to run it are welcome.

Dont forget to visit [www.freewebs.com] for all the latest results, stats, news and information regarding the W300 series

Bernie Bolt was first out on track in the SCR

Bobby Neil, racing in the Senninha, was also out early but had to pass Smirren...

...Despite Smirren fighting back, he managed to set the early pace

Vincenzi and Fapitalle both set strong times

Gergo Panker was the man to beat Bobby Neil's time

Turnbull in the second Senninha however proved he was still number one by smashing evryone's times

Bolscher proved he was worthy of a front team driver by going second

Nick Ovey then shocked everyone by putting his Ferrari powered Ebi Motors car on provisional pole

His performance was backed up by Attard going third

Rayman was the last man to set a time but failed to make an impression

Ovey therefore claimed Ebi Motors' first pole position of the season from Turnbull and Attard.

Holy crap, this is simply my worst qualifying of the season.

It looks like my team is in a free fall at the end of the season due a lack of power propably.

I'm really demotivated for tomorrow race. :(
