GPFreak04....I'm not a gp4 player, but i found a video in Turkey's GP website, with all the heights....The first corner goes down, and the next one, goes like in a big hill

He probably knows it but the track edit thingy in GP4 is very complicated. With the 3DEditor you can change heights after you have made the track layout. Every1 who makes tracks for GP4 knows it and 1st make the track and thingy's and after that they'll make the height differences. But thnx for the reminder :)

Hi!
I was busy the last days. But i have vacation next week, then i'll have enough time to work on the track.

@Fongu: Wow! Good work!

PS: I have F1'05 for PS2 which includes the Istanbul Track, so i think i have enough informations on the track ^^

just had a lovely bike accident that will keep me at home for a couple of days so will probs be able to complete a few building sections (paddocks and probably some grandstands). Any help with stuff will be appreciated.

@danm, did you get anywhere with trees and stuff? I think i'll make 3d marshalls and map them to my marshalls.

@Fongu: Have you seen the 3D Views on [www.formula1-istanbul.com]. Maybe they are helpful.

yup, i think i've exhausted that site, should be enough, altho even the design of the paddocks changed since building. I prefer to work off photos, but i guess i'll have a race with the real track in getting buildings made hehe

When you get a base dat/wad file that you're happy with can you send it over and i can add objects to various scenes

Wow, looks awesome, but whats the poly count of them relative to the buildings in the default tracks, the track is useless if my computer cant handle it no matter how nice it looks.;)
