thanks, i already had a look at the graphical part, i managed to put tarmac to some of the new sectors, but first i have to sort out minor height differences between the new part and the old one, also, cars are going a bit wide when entering the main straight, but that will need just a cc-line fix for the last sectors, but it's quite easy.

Webber Fan, about Bahrain, you should ask Maverick, and about Barcelona and Nurburgring, ask Xero, as far as i know, they are the ones working on those tracks.

You should read my tutorial, some nice tips in there ;-)

About bahrain, not much progress lately, end of the schoolyear, so hard work, and sunny weather, so lots of days at the beach mean not much time for trackediting. I will pick up the pace when new 3deditor comes along :)

is there any other way to adjust the height of the track rather than select a sector, click displace and move it along the z-axis???

i'd like to be able to adjust the height by changing numeric values, 'caus that would be much accurate.

yes Paco, you can edit the coords double clicking on the sectors list and changing the sector position z fields. use smooth values from a sector and near sectors or you notice a bump in the game.
there is a value (-1 -2 -3 or 1 2 3) and a fine tuning value (+/-5 digits)

i cant seem to move the pitlane so it starts on the track i just get a massive red line and cant get it back to normal.

You have to do what Maverick said in his tutorial:
-Delete the entire pitlane except for the first 2 sectors.
-Then move sectors 0 and 1 so that the pitlane starts on the track.
-Then build your pitlane sector by sector.

Don't even try to move an existing pitlane. It'll never work.

BTW, I have a question for either Maverick or Lo2k:
The 1500 sector-limit in 3D-Editor: is it a 3D-Editor limit or a GP4 limit ?
In other words: can we have longer tracks ?

@Lemming:

As I've said before, there are 2 sectors.
When you move sector 1, it will stretch (massive red line).
Then, move sector 0 (unstretch).
