Ow, sweet :)
2 questions, did you hide the next sector? (i believe xero requested that) or does the new version not connect al sectors in some wey?
And, is elevation included in generation, or will that be a future feature?

ow btw, nice work mariob ;)

No, I didn't hide next sector (and I'm not sure I will), I simply added this 180° curve at the end of monza's track so there's no further sector.

Elevation, wasn't it you who asked to flatten the whole track to get rid of any elevation ?
Anyway, right now, elevationis the same for all new sectors as the selected sector where you chose to add multiple sectors.

But I thought 3DEditor always connects all sectors with the next (or the first...)
so you mean there is no relationship between first and last sector? I didn't test it so far but that would make some things much easier.

I'm working hard on the Indi-Oval, it's difficult to build the corners. The left side is higher than the right....

hehe, yes that was me, well for now a flat track is easier, but i was thinking ahead, because reallife tracks are never really flat. :)

Is this true?! I thought the whole circuit was linked as a loop?! Nice feature btw!

Great work Mario. Did you start with the .gp4 as I have?

I've sorted my Barcelona layout... I think it's almost spot on. Just need to fill in a few gaps and arrange kerbs etc.

in game, last sector is linked to first (even if I should say initial sector) but 3DEditor does not link them for now...

Else, here is a tiny game : find the 3 245 217 errors in the 2 pics below :P

I did interesting discoveries today, doing small tests, and I found some interesting things in Sectors 0 unusual command account like the fact there are commands for 2 sectors in sector's 0 commands: an initial sector (partialy set by Track properties slope and AngleZ) and sector0 commands obvioulsy.

This lead me to fix sector visual offset as was most seen in Monaco (as in 2 pics above).
This also explains the offset for bank command moving next sector's bank. The reason is simple, bank command sets bank at the end of the sector, not at its start.

It also showed me that F7 command was definitely not verge description, just because verges have always the same size.

I finaly added computation of cc-cars direction for the whole track and I will see for track direction either.

So it seems there will be many improvements in next version around .dat format :)

sounds really good... I created a new Pitlane for Australia, but it did not work so far... I'll retry it later...

@Lo2K: is it possible to remove files in the GP4 file? I mean e.g. the pitlane graphics? I can Duplicate these things, I can move them, but i can not remove it...

@Tobeast: No because I'm mostly on the .dat for now and I can't do everything at the same time...

OK, updated Barcelona... again. I'm 95% sure that it's accurate now. Forget the weird texture warping on the painted run off area, I forgot to fix that.
