Maybe Stu wanted to get Gilson and Ed a bit closer to points by making other drivers spin off lol ;)

Judgement Day, Part Two.

Back to the action, Cartwright is currently lying in 3rd position.

Horváth up ahead in 2nd.

Kederer goes for 8th place.

But thinks better of it and backs out.

He tries again at Vale, but still can't get by.

As you can see, the championship is still unaffected.

Kederer has dropped back from Cremasco into the clutches of Nell.

Warrington takes Allington at Copse corner.

Maverick runs wide at Stowe.

Rejoins the action in 17th.

Still no change at the back, if the race was to end now, Gilson would win.

Van Renselaar has quietly made his way up the field from plumb last to 13th position.

Kederer locks up, but holds position.

Moinet makes a blunder.

Comes back on track just in front of Allington, who gives him a shove.

Lap 10, time for a check on the standings.

Warrington has caught Jalving and attempts to pass him.

This time he succeeds.

Van Renselaar mixing it up with the two Snakes

McCarthy locks up whilst being chased by Gilson.

Jalving gets the pitstops under way.

Just ahead of McCarthy is Elleker in 14th.

Warrington is catching Cartwright.

Kederer has caught up with Cremasco again.

Kederer also pits.

It's getting close between Cartwright and Warrington.

Cremasco is now getting harried by Karjalainen.

Warrington dives for the pitlane before Cartwright holds him up.

Pedersen still comfortably in the lead.

Greenhalgh and Gilson 17th and 19th, but Gilson has made his stop.

Legge tucked in to Greenhalgh's slipstream.

He pulls out to overtake.

And passes the Aussie.

Karjalainen still attacking Allington.

They both take to the pitlane.

Gilson v Greenhalgh.

Lap 15, here's how every stands mid pitstops.

Stay tuned for part three.

AI errors are set at 40 as per the rules and we have used this circuit in the past without any issue, so I am at a loss about the number of errors in the race.

5 x WCC - S5, S6, S7, S8, S10 | 4 x WDC - S5 Nick van der Voort ; S6, S7, S8 Ed Greenhalgh | 2 x WTC - S6 Stuart Ingers; S8 Andrei Sevastian
Well that's the championship over.

Thanks Silverstone.

We only used it in S8 I think, was a rainy race with many offs if I remember correctly.

Not so good now

If Chris Hinz is GPGSL's Nick Heidfeld, then I must be GPGSL's 2012-spec Romain Grosjean. Fighting in the points like a champ, then making a stupid-arse mistake and throwing it all away. With possibility of taking out someone.

Getting more luck in now, hope the pits can go may way for the next bit of the race. Title looks sealed now, barring something crazy

A good race I guess.....

Judgement Day, Part Three.

We return to the action from Silverstone to see Warrington making another error.

After all the effort getting by Jalving, he undoes it all.

Back on track in 21st.

Leader Pedersen into the pits.

Followed by Horváth in 2nd.

And Cartwright in 3rd.

Greenhalgh also goes for a service.

Pedersen still leads after his stop with Kittleson just behind.

He soon pulls out a sizeable gap to the Snake driver.

Horváth regains 2nd when Kittlseon pits at the end of lap16.

Jalving's early stop has somehow put him in 3rd.

Nell takes Legge.

Greenhalgh must be having some sort of problem with his car, that's another slight off.

Legge tries to fight back with Nell.

We have a MPR vs SCR battle here, but it's not the one we were hoping for.

Nell chops Legge off at Stowe.

Legge locks up behind Nell entering Vale.

Oh no! He's spun!

That's a really awkward place to get stranded.

Rodríguez slams into the Snake.

That's a further trip to the pits for them both.

Rodríguez decides to take a shortcut across the grass to the pitlane.

And propmtly spins.

Finally!

Legge decides to go the long way round.

Pedersen takes fastest lap again.

Jalving still hanging on to 3rd, much to Cartwrights chagrin.

van Renselaar right behind Kederer.

Cartwright still being held up.

Lap 20.

Moinet now gets involved in the battle for 3rd.

Another off at Brooklands, this time it's Legge trying to make up for lost time.

No position loss.

Elleker nerfs Scala at Vale.

And becomes another spinner.

Forcing Scala off road.

They both rejoin the action in 17th and 18th.

Pedersen still leading the British Grand Prix.

Woah! Jalving is off at Maggotts, that's going to be a difficult place to retake control.

He's off on the other side of the track.

He's spun his car. How he didn't collect Cartwright, Moinet or Allington is anyone's guess.

Back into the race in 17th, bit of a disastrous day for MPR.

Stay tuned for part four.

Hmmm, not bad - hope it keeps going like this.

Also, might I point out it's not strictly true that whoever finishes higher will win the title (although you're probably aware of it already) - Gilson will win the title if neither finish in the points due to 4 wins over 3 for Greenhalgh.

EDIT: The third part of the race was posted just as I posted this...holy hell I got really lucky with Jake had that collision at Club!

Might as well park it, such a disaster. I'd got up to P11 or something, and then I go and piss it away..

Judgement Day, Part Four.

Jalving will be kicking himself with that error. He had targeted a podium finish today. It also puts Gilson into the points.

Allington looks to get by Moinet at Stowe.

There's a coming together!

They have both collided with the wall.

Moinet out of the race.

As is Allington.

Kittleson takes a look up the inside of Gilson who is in the points after the last two incidents.

Nothing doing.

Nell keeps van Renselaar busy.

Like a metronome, Pedersen is ticking of the laps.

Will Gilson just let Kittleson by so as not to jeopardise his points finish?

Kederer and Karjalainen now in 4th and 5th.

Two battles going through Stowe corner.

Lap 25, let's see the standings.

Gilson has let Kittleson by.

Nell is really putting van Renselaar under quite some pressure.

Maverick is hoping to salvage at least a point from what can described as a crappy day for AMR.

Cremasco in 8th with the Nell van Renselaar battle just up ahead.

Last lap!

Pedersen wins the British Grand Prix.

Horváth is 2nd.

Cartwright takes 3rd.

Gilson slips back to 11th, but it's enough to take the S9 GPGSL World Driver's Championship.

Greenhalgh finishes a lowly 17th.

Congratulations to Michael Pedersen and MAC Racing, winners of the GPGSL S9 British Grand Prix.

End Transmission.
