Great job from Webber, produced the time when it was needed, but what a performance from Kubica! Mindblowing! Deserved pole the most IMO.

Kubica and Webber came and blew everyone away. I knew Webber was a dark horse for pole, but I wasnt expecting that laptime!

Sauber really need to sort the car out. Then they can set about attracting sponsors.

Well done Webber wohoo, RBR's 6th pole in 6 qualifying, pure dominance beautiful!

Cracking drive from Kubica - he really is doing an Alonso in that car. Heikki was entertaining and quick too.

Massa needs to get a grid penalty for that block on Jenson. Appalling driving.

Should be an interesting race with Alonso coming from the back on a track you can't pass. A point looks really difficult.

Unbelievable effort from Webber! I was sure he must have cut a chicane to do it. But he didn't. Well done.

And what a joke about all the whining about the 6 slowest cars! The top drivers slowed the entire grid up in every session... far worse than the 3 new teams could ever do with normal driving in crap cars. Only Chandhok would have been cut under the 107% rule. Everyone else was comfortably within. If Chandhok had been allowed a lap under the same track conditions as Webber had for his pole time, Chandhok would had been in too.

Charlie Whiting would be better served, as a valet in Rascasse, serving VIP parking for top drivers, than listening to all the crap they spew about slow teams.

GPGSL WDC Season 4

with all the engine braking and tyre destroying reputation the monaco track has, i am preety sure 2morrow we'll have at least 2 of the top 7 drivers falling out.
the top candidates are: vettel (engine and tyres + brakes)
hamilton ( brakes + tyres)
massa( simply not good enough round monaco for me)
eventually button will make a lot of places and alonso as well (if he doesnt hit someone)
i give schumi about a 40 percent chance of a podium and nico even more.
btw does anybody know if theres a big advantage here in monaco by starting from the clean side of the traack (which are the 2nd the 4th the 6th etc. and not the 1st 3 rd and so on ) ?

What a drive from Kubica. Man of the season so far imo.

And, Webber on pole is no supprise. He pwns Vettel here ! :D!

On Massa blocking Button, it was bad, Ferrari should have said something to Massa but in the end did it change things? No. And I hope Hill see's that. Button would not have been in a better posistion than he finished. Okay, it messed up two laps, his current and the next because he had a slow entry into the final corner but otherwise it wasnt an issue and id be supprised if Massa got a penalty.

Button 2 tenths of Lewis, its what we expected here really, but those Mclarens are way back here !

Still, expected alot more from Lewis, but as he said he got max out the car.

Should be an okay race, the drivers are going to have risk strategy in order to get anywhere... I hope that is the case and we do see some crazy calls.

Hmmm, looks like things are getting juicy between the Merc drivers.

Good point about Heikki, he was awesome today and got everything out of the Lotus. He's making a much better fist of it than Trulli is for sure.

And speaking of irritating people, I wish they'd get someone else to ask the questions in press conferences instead of The Cock.

Massa should be penalised, regardless of how Button was doing. Maybe a fine?
Bad luck for Kubica, but he's still a major threat tomorrow.

That final corner is a bad one for drivers being blocked. Remember DC blocking Kovy in 2007 as well. But yeah, it wouldn't surprise me to see Massa get a penalty.

Interesting lines some of the teams took over the finish line, I didn't get to see what lines Kubica was taking & how much rubber was put down on.

As we look at the grid he'll be on the right hand side, any chance he may make it in front first into the first corner & a decent pit-stop and he should win with that pace.....
