Kolles wrestled the team onto the grid? I think you'll find that was Bernies doing. All Kolles is done is act like a child.
Of course the car is slow. It went 3 months with no development, until HRT actually paid them. And then Kolles expected Dallara to continue development without further payment.
Sorry, Dallara have done nothing wrong. The fact Klien is going out there and finding half a second without setting up the car shows just how far off the pace the drivers are. And this isn't taking into account that neither of them can actually set up a car either. Given these sort of restrictions, time frames, cash flow problems, and rookie drivers, no chassis manufacturer would be any better than this.
Oh, and this is the second time Kolles has done this to Dallara btw. Expected them to continue development of the R10 for Audi when Audi sold them privateer units. They sat and bitched the R10 wasn't good enough, despite it winning Le Mans in other peoples hands. Kolles is one of the most dodgy, corrupt men in motorsport at the moment.
