The Testing and How will the cars look in 2009 Thread

Now that is what an F1 car should look like. I wish they went back to 2000-2003 spec cars. This change of fat noses and hideous wings is ARGH!!!

i think finally we will see that the cars will not as bad looking as we are thinking now because F1 is a business, teams are not doing charity there.
so if people dont like the cars certainly they will move to another solution.

i like it.

Hehe, I'm going to admit that the BMW is @%#$ing ugly, but I'm glad about one thing. Judging by the differences between the Williams and this, I reckon each car will have character again, something that we've been missing for years. The boxy BMW vs. the sleek Williams :D

Take a look at this picture. Look at all of the sculpting on the rear end of the BMW. I think the cars will be a lot more complex than we first thought:

if the rear wing was wider it wouldnt look so bad at all...and if they limited those front end plates...and decreased the nose thickness slightly....
