For anyone watching the Live feed...can you help me understannd why everyone is stopping in the pit box, putting wet tyres on and then blasting off into the pitlane, only to stop and then get pushed back into the garage. I've seen a few people do it now lol. Although Alonso is the only one who put wets on in P1.

EDIT: Force India 1-2! Now I've seen it all haha.

At least the BMW ones look as though they're a moulded part of the body work, and not just some sort of weed.

Fincent, it's pit-stop testing, both for the mechanics and the systems.

Cheers mate :)

Also, for anyone watching the ITV live feed and experiencing stutter...right click the adverts and turn the quality to low :)

Ferrari looks very strong and they are doing a very long stints with good consistant laptimes.

Certainly look stronger than Heikki. He's just broken down with apparently no drive... whether that's engine, gearbox or drive shafts or something, I've no idea. No obvious smoke.

Hamilton looks all over the place, constantly fighting the car.

Not looking good for SA is it, over 3 secs off the pace on a day where everyone else is within 1.9 secs.

Not sure what SA can do to get back to last years form, not sure if its too late for them.

Yeah, they do everything to make their car look awful (and so does Renault). Iirc Adrian Newey said he always kept the esthetics in mind when designing a car, but it seems in 2008 no one does that anymore, neither Newey (considering the batman-wing on the RBR's airbox).

And IF you have such an enormous airbox wing, why not enlarge the ING advert (and get some more money.).

Might as well go mad while there are very few aero regs in place this year since it's supposed to get cut from next year on.

From this weekend all I want is to know Honda have a Q3 capable car and I want Alonso to get on the podium.

imo I dont think Honda do have a good enough car though. atm I would put Ferrari, Mclaren, BMW, now Renault and RedBull ahead of them ...
