GpX Race Manager 6.2.00 with carset installer released

So, I think you created a season. Can you tell what you have exactly done step by step? Are you sure that you pressed 2 buttons when you chose the points system?

by my tests, the point system shouldn't be a problem because by default is assigned a 10 6 4 3 2 1 scheme. I think most of the problems happen by missing to select the campaign. Of course if there isn't any other bug around.

If the problem is when you import a race firstly be sure that all the txt files are valid. if you skip the qualifying the txt will be empty, giving errors.
Maybe I'll try to mount a 'create log' so to extract and see the season settings

Btw, I rebuilt the Performance selector, now should be lighter and solved that weird bug that cut a driver from the list. Also activated the clausulas system when signing a contract. They will influence the negotiations now. I'll test as much i can and upload it soon hoping for good. shoild look this way now

Come not understand very well the field of statistics, I believe the ranking points, but I can not understand the ranking of Qualify of Best Lap ... what criteria?

What does the acronyms:

RS, RF, RW, PP, FL, FR...

I had the same question too. The answer was in front of my eyes but I couldn't see it! It's all in the "?" , in the upper left corner of the table. It toggles the legends on and off! So, you can understand everything!

FR: Front row (or First row)
FL: Fastest lap

for the team there is the same legend about both cars on podiums, winning retiring... etc etc...

I have a question : I started the career mode with the personal staff and played the 2003 season in the minardi. In the middle of the season I have signed for Toyota in 2004 season. Now , after i created the entry list for 2004 , if I choose to resume a campaign in the season editor i have to choose Free Contract 'cause the Career Mode is "contract locked".But in this case i can choose any driver while i would have to choose only my driver in the Toyota.Have I done something wrong?

no, nothing wrong. it means that you don't need to seek anymore for a seat as you have a locked contract with Toyota. The same happens at the end of each year with a team. If you signed for 3 years in example, next year it will tell the same thing, so when you import an entry list you'll see again the same details of that contract.
As I said Gp3 has not a managing structure, so you plug-and-play the carset you want with the teams you want. If you play sequential years it is supposed you create the next carset with the Toyota to join, that's why i left it free, to don't make the program too restrictive. Part of the role play is that you join Toyota but the program will work anyway even with another team.

BTW is there any problem with the performance files created? I mean issues with the order of the teams in the list?

I'm at the end of the season, I have not done any new contract with another team, I am running with my name, "Trois."

At the end of the season, I signed a new contract, then ask:

Have to register again for all teams next season?

If I change the team, my name, "Trois," will be placed in the new team or have to register again?

I do not understand how this change of season, could you explain how?

If you finished season '03 (for example), you must start '04 like the previous year. You do what you did before (*.per in performance selector, season creation, points system etc.). Or you can use the same teams and names but create a new season (not realistic). The important thing is not to forget to check the "resume carrier" option at the season creation!

The only thing that gives me a headache is the fact you didn't sign any contract. I can't help you there.

Runtime Error 76 Path Not Found.



It happens when I pressed the " get predictions "- button after the pre-qualifying.

What made i wrong? Please help me. Maybe there's a problem with the txt-files.

what do you mean? your contract expired? In this case you are free to look for another seat and do what John said about entry lists.

ok I reuploaded the stuff hoping for good. Only replace the EXE, nothing changed in the usage.

ATTENTION!
As the main folder started to be crowded I tried to clean the path. If you install it all from scratch there is no problem but if you replace only the EXE there is only one extra thing to do: extract and overwrite again the 'Icons' folder and delete from the main folder the 'Tyres' and 'Flags' folders. I grouped all the graphic stuff all in one place and changed some gif. Please report eventual missing jpg or gif error.

strange, did you replaced over any older version? tried to install the program in another place?

did you followed the correct creation process selecting a campaign etc etc?

I recognized, that the program is unable to import the track record text files.

have you played the qualyfying? or passed directly to race?
