The 2010 tv style cannot really be made for gp4 (currently) and of course the rfactor plugin wouldn't do anything - gp4 has no safety car either so no I'm afraid.

Other Games I agree with most of that - regarding the AI, they still sometimes set weirdly inconsistent lap times though they are a little better than before (with the catchup.xml deleted of course), and the fuel consumption is slightly better but still fairly broken - e.g. the AI seems to have around a 3/4 full tank at the start of a 100% race (why they still get off the line quicker with fuel sim on). Other Games In my brief attempts at offline races (pc pre patch) I did notice on legend that at some tracks the AI would have absurd acceleration at around 100mph in some places - i.e. their exit and top speeds were fine, but in mid-range acceleration they would sometimes seem to just blast off for a few seconds.

Other Games There currently isn't a tutorial I'm afraid - the best way to create a mod is either using csm to create a mod from a normal gp4 installation and then editing it, or if you want to create it from scratch then try looking through other mods to work out how the file system works etc.
