Well a mediocre way to end my career. Probably the most fitting way to go out considering my history All in not the worse season, for both me and M.M. It's always tough for a new team on the grid. Anyway it's been great to be part of the series. Thanks to everyone who puts in so much time to do all the organisation, modding, race directing and everything else. And obviously thanks to Maikel,by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
Bleh another race another disappointment. Lets hope the last time round a track can provide such much needed joy and excitement. Lets go get some points!by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
I thought Monza was bad but at least we were unlucky there. This just sucks. The Feature race performance wasn't great, and dead last in qualifying. Talk about going out with a whimper...by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
Yeh that was pretty expected. I think the rain helped us out massively in qualifying, and with how easy it is to overtake in Spa it's not surprising places were dropped. Still, more points for me. Keeps us in the hunt with our rivals which is good.by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
Absolutely gutted for Dan there, he was on one hell of a drive. Grabbed a point for myself though which was more than expected. Spa is going to be tough I feel. Some long power sections which could cause us some trouble. Nice scenery thoughby truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
That was not quick at all... time for another drive up the field for points! Either that or the inevitable accident half-way through, but I'm hoping for the formerby truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
Steer to retire at the end of Season 12 This has been coming for the last few months, but I think my attention to GP4 has dropped to a point where I should just call it a day. It's safe to say the career hasn't been as stellar as I'd perhaps hoped, with not a single win to my name, a couple of activity bouts and driving ability enough to earn the nickname Connor "cannot" Steer .by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
When you take the wings on your helmet a little too seriously... probably explains why I blacked out for a substantial period over the race weekend! I’m back alive and good now (well, “good” is debatable ) so on to Austria. Auf Gehts!by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
I think I blacked out for that entire weekend. It's the only way I can explain that performance. I'll try and be more conscious in South Africa boss! Much bigger fan of Kyalami anyway, so I'm hoping I can come good again there.by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
Maybe we can just get someone to make a certificate in Microsoft word. I’m particularly proficient with arty borders I’d rather do that than think about my qualifying permformance in any case.by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
With the delay between FP and Qualifying, hopes have risen that Steer will make it to the right continent in time.by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
Completely missed that the next race had been posted, sorry! As it turns out I didn’t miss much. Every time I looked to be going somewhere, the next time I saw my car it’d lost a few places. I don’t think the boost plan was great here so we‘ll rebuild for the next round.by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
Points, didn’t expect that. Great job by Dan as well, although slightly disappointed he’s now ahead of me Not breaking my car is appreciated Carlos, I’ll be sure to return the favour in a later raceby truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
natasp Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Also to teach them how to break Whilst my race isn’t totally ruined, this would be very helpful yes! Carlos clearly locked up whilst barely even alongside, and if I’m taking every corner worried about the person behind me losing control of their car then I’m going to be further off the pace than I already amby truecrysis - Grand Prix 4

Obviously I'm frustrated at Matteo for punting me off, but mistakes happen and he's an experienced driver so I doubt it was on purpose. Race ruined from that point on. Dan did a cracking job to climb into the points so I'm pleased for him! This season has already proved it'll be a tough one though.by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
I have got to stop getting my hopes up too early in the session. Still, 12th isn't the worst and if we keep things steady points are on the cards.by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
18th and 19th, wow that sucked. I mean I knew I didn’t like Suzuka much but that is something else. We’ll just move quickly on.by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
A fire... really... Things had looked so good for the whole race and it all disappeared in a puff of smoke. Gutted.by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
Well damn... I thought maybe we could move forward after the guys strong showing in the testers race... but 8th place is pretty incredible considering where I started! Great race, just kept the car out of trouble and worked through the field. Sucks for Dan to get mixed up in a few things though.by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
Congratulations Maikel! As for the cars, gotta say that Alpha and MAC are the best looking this season. Demon and Snake look as good as always too.by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
So close yet so far... To be honest I was expecting to go back after qualifying so to actually move forward and have a shot at winning is a nice bonus. Germany had too much pace for us in the end though, and I think they'd have caught us out on track regardless. Happy with the end result!by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
Ariel this is fantastic. Your mods are among my favourite on GP4, but I think this tops them all.by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
I feel bad for Almeria, not a single vote... maybe we can have a token pre-season test/race there or something Also thanks to Tobi and Stu for putting everything together, much appreciated as alwaysby truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
It's a beauty boss! With a few tweaks, like Tobi's advice and just tidying the red corners on the nose cone it'll be perfect. Looking forward to throwing it round a trackby truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
On the topic of Monaco I often feel people tend to pick tracks that they like to drive. Don't get me wrong, we all have our favourite circuits, but it's worth keeping in mind that you aren't actually driving. So that enjoyment is worth very little in terms of an interesting race in-game. I'd rather see a track that was boring as hell to drive, but resulted in incredibly good GP4 races, than thby truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
The new tyrant is indeed pretty, although I was quite a fan of the yellow livery. Sticks in my mind a bit more.by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
Bit late to the party because of work business but... wee 4th! Great way to finish off my Snake season. Huge thanks to Maikel for sticking with me this year and I hope that result repays him a little. Obviously the season as a whole wasn't great, but I'm sure next season will be the year! Anyway, onwards to MM. Excited for the new start and a full season of racing. Back to hibernation I goby truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
Guess who forgot to use boost yet again... Hopefully the rocket the boss strapped in the car makes up for it... Is there like a trade in scheme for spare boost? Maybe 50 points per unspent boost or something?by truecrysis - Grand Prix 4
