Flashes are in the .cfp file of the track. You can open and edit them in GP4 builder even if it's not ideal as you can't see the track at the same time.

Grand Prix 4 Hmm, I'm pretty sure I added an auto-save feature... but it's far away in my memory... maybe if you check in the options...

Grand Prix 4 You might delete (make a backup) all f1graphics.xxx files
then start the game and it will recognize your hardware (and hopefully apply correct settings).
If no improvement, be sure to disable anti-aliasing in your graphical card settings.

Grand Prix 4 I remember I added a wip font feature in GpiBrowser
You will have to check though if you can both export and import the image from and to .gpf because my memory is kinda rusty

Grand Prix 4 The last remaining green screens in the 2017b capture are most probably due to a green illumemissive material tint for these objects. Or a green tint for vertices themselves (if so, using the global lighting/shadowing feature could override them with white color)

Grand Prix 4 There's a fix green object feature in GP4B in Action menu but it's supposed to fix meshes imported from Z-modeler and I never saw GP4B creating green objects by itself so far. weird...

Grand Prix 4 You renamed one of the texture name and hit the apply button. Nothing more.
I don't get what's your concern here...

Grand Prix 4 This is not an error message, just the result of your texture rename attempt.

Grand Prix 4 Hi Gezere,
A good thing I come back on GPGames since a few days, heh ?
Track database Import/export feature has been designed to remodel existing tracks with more precise position or direction values but it is not able to create sectors.
So if you deleted sectors (or added new ones directly in the excel files), just open your track and create as many sectors as needed for both track and p

Grand Prix 4 Hi Neil,
Yes, enabling game settings from f1graphics file overrides all the usual ingame settings, so you have to set them all back to what you get used to in the file.
Concerning car reflection, you might change the following line :
1 ; Enable static environment reflections (0=>off 1=>on) v3
Setting it to 0 will enable dynamic environnement reflection (like the option in the g

Grand Prix 4 Hi everyone,
I was seriously annoyed to discover that my latest and supposedly last GP4 Builder version was plagued with a last minute saving bug, while during all the 10+ years I developped it, it always was my first concern to be sure saved files were never broken...
So I took this whole morning to bring back Delphi, re-enter into GP4Builder code and use every trick I knew to find the sav

Grand Prix 4 i did so many tests, I added so many features to this version and I discover that a single object deletion is corrupting the .gp4 file (what almost never happened in none of the GP4Builder versions in almost 10 years).
I feel very sad...

Grand Prix 4 Hello everyone, Hello Turbo Lover,
Yep, I'm still coming on GPGames once a day. I saw this post like I saw your first post about it Turbo Lover.
I'm sad to hear you get some issues with latest GP4Builder because it's not my kind to leave half working tools.
With only one report, it could be anything, but if it happens more and more often (twice now), it's very annoying.

GP4 Editors / Utilities Did you try this trick I gave you the other day ? :
you can make a backup of your f1graphics.cfg and f1graphics.BAK, delete them and run the game without them to be sure the game regenerate them... and see if you get any better perfs.

Grand Prix 4 I don't know where it lies in intel panel, but maybe you activated anti-aliasing option. This sole option cuts fps in 2 with any card for GP4 if enabled.

Grand Prix 4 @SkaaningeN : You might download your nvidia driver install file on your desktop, then reboot your laptop with integrated card deactivated and start the nvidia driver installation. This way, driver will be completely installed if not yet.

Grand Prix 4 @Mortal : 2 guys, 2 issues in the same thread
Jucksman who initiated the thread told about nvidia control panel and slowdowns but Skaaningen didn't and his Windows reboot issue most probably means he didn't install nvidia drivers.

Grand Prix 4 from what you just described and looking at phantaman's included files, most probably :
"– Files : Cars.wad, anim.wad, Gp4.exe (tweaked), f1graphics.cfg, gpxdata, team art, pitcrew & engine, physics, performances, magicdatas & etc."
the f1graphics.cfg file only would be a could cause of this, but any of these files could contain slowing down elements...

increase battery use, eventualy. Not even sure as nvidia card has more power and should consume less for the same amount of work as the intel. Just test and you will see.

Grand Prix 4 @Mortal: Your memory is indeed correct. the config file is labelled gconfig.txt in the GP4 root folder
You can replace the card name (that might be Intel 5500 something) with the exact name of your graphical card but I don't know if it is "NVIDIA GeForce 940MX" or "NVIDIA GeForce 940 MX" or anything else and if it will work so easily.
For information, mine (having als
