Oh God, that accent is hideous, it makes me ashamed to be geordie.

If that's the same across all teams then my radio effects will be promptly turned OFF.

Edit: Regardless of the accent, they're getting turned off anyway... "you'll lose front grip.. you're sat in turbulent air!".

Maybe this was the arcade version with the "arcade" radio.. but I doubt it.

This is the single most disappointing thing I've seen about this game since the whole thing started.
Big thumbsdown to CM for this.

i don't mind the team radio, the only thing i don't like about the game is that islocked for 12 players in multiplayer mode only.......

i don't care how cool being Kimi Raikkonen on single player is... nothing stimulates you more than driving against real people

having said that, i don't wanna listen to the radio saying "try and get back" after my car is on fire with 2 wheels off :p

You'll only get info like this on either the lower difficulties or the first few races (I can't remember which ;)) and the geordie voice has been tweak in the latest build to make it sound less robotic.

check out the rpelays at the end, they look amazing, spa in the wet!

2 main chaps talking about things like difference between ps2, xbox, multiplayer, 2011, etc.





there will be marbles, flatspotting tyre will cause vibrations, etcv. sounds good.

not sure if that sounds good or not, why would you bring underpowered pc's to a game convention when your demonstrating latest products? you would've though Codies wouldve bought their own PC's

Steven Hood has said on Twitter that if people like the build that they have taken to the EA gamescom venue then theyre gonna love the finished product as it hasnt gone gold yet, so they are still working on it at this present time

another thing i noticed is that in the spa wet video, look at the raindrops on the cockpit view cam, they stay virtually in the same place the entire lap,

Ah yes, there is much speculation about a "surprise" over at CM forums. I'm guessing it's some gimmick such as an ex driver sampling the game and signing autographs but users over there have their hopes on upgraded physics, safety cars, full replay systems, laser scanned tracks, drive thru cafe, Loch Ness GP, bone marrow transplants.... you get the picture.
