Looking forward to Spa, great track. Hopefully I can put recent issue to the back of my mind and produce a good display for the team.

Hahaha, I'd vote it too, but just because I really love it. But this type of controversy is not good for the league, and there are many other great tracks we could use in order to avoid that discussion. Let's just move on people. Look at me, my race got ruined because of the notorious double pitting issue and I'm just looking forward to Spa. Zandvoort's over, if you don't like it, don't vote for it. As for me, I won't. Let's have Kyalami instead ;-)

Stats: 139 Starts / 7 Wins / 9 Poles / 5 Fastest laps
Could one of the GPGSL board members please update the 1st post :)

Races: 163 - Wins: 23 - Pole Positions: 24 - Fastest Laps: 22
Season 9: Constructors' Champions
GPGSL Belgian Grand Prix, Spa-Francorchamps

Test Session.

Welcome to Belgium my friends and welcome to Spa-Francorchamps, a circuit reknowned for its temperamental weather. One minute it can be lovely sunshine, the next minute, it's a monsoon!

We also have a new boy in the paddock, Andrei Sevastian, who is taking over testing duties from John Maverick at MPR.

Anyway lets get to the track and watch the action.

Aussie Mal Stoddart is first on track.

Followed by MPR boss Dan Paddock.

And then new boy Sevastian.

Stoddart sets the first time.

Surprisingly Testing championship contender Paddock doesn't beat Stoddart's time.

And neither does Sevastian.

TNR's Edwards slots into 3rd.

Connor Steer makes it 4th place.

Mcregor very, very briefly makes it to 6th only to be beaten by Karjalainen in 6th.

Hinz is nearly a second down and last in 8th.

Spencer fairs better with this 5th best time.

Testing Champion Ingers can only manage 7th.

Van smirren will be pleased with 2nd, but will it last?

Gilson is now last in 12th.

Kittleson will be disappointed with 9th so far.

Chassis builder extraordinaire de Boer takes 8th place.

Zandvoort lover Mills is 9th.

After his AMR reprimand for failing to turn up to team debriefs and sponsor duties, Adam Davies is looking to impress his boss.

Jake Legge will be chuffed with that 3rd fastest time.

TSS boss Tom Pellatt still finding his feet in the GPGSL after a long abscence from the cockpit.

His young protegé Kederer is doing rather well though.

Van Renselaar takes a very creditable 6th.

Scala in his Scala in 11th.

His Hungarian employee is in a lowly 19th.

First runs complete.

We join Paddock as he makes his second run and he is up slightly on Davies.

He's lost a chunk of time in the second sector though.

Dan improves time if not position.

Ingers moves up 3 places to 12th.

Gilson moves up only one place, but rain is starting to fall.

Kittleson jumps to 6th.

Pink Pellatt takes 9th.

Somogyi will be relieved to reach the top half of the field.

Another racer improves nassively.

Legge will be even more chuffed.

Seconds runs completed.

Paddock moves up from 8th to 4th.

New boy Sevastian with a fantastic time to take 1st!

Gilson finding a better setup to take 13th just outside the points.

Kittleson up to 7th.

De Boer also jumps into the top ten.

Some quite impressive times considering the rain.

After that it was quite impossible for anyone to improve due to the rain getting heavier.

Congratulations to Andrei Sevastian on 1st place on his debut.

Stay tuned for the official results.

Not really happy with 11th, but I could've been worse!

Great job by Mal! Surely showing an upstream motion, Tommi was preparing for qualy/race and therefor times where not important today

If you are racing, keep on racing and get some points!

Included Andrei as second MPR testdriver, if you meant that.

As for the FP, I tend to get the feeling that 'new names' get a bonus from the game, lol. Fantastic to see Andrei grab P1 in his overall first FP! CONGRATULATIONS TO THAT, great drive.

For Dan it's important that he could improve in his last stint so that he is in front of Tobias again, so that 5th place is decent! Let's hope that we'll be able to transform that good result into qualifying and race.

Bit disappointing for Connor and Gary, hope I can do better in qualifying

MPR Team Radio

Engineer: Andrei take care in the final sector, the rain is starting to come down heavy on the track.

Andrei: Okay, I've got it. What is my spilt time?

Engineer: You are 3 tenths down on the fastest time after sector 2, keep up this pace and you are looking good for the top 5 mate.

(Sevastian pulls out of the new bustop chicane and motors across the start finish line)

Andrei: Lap complete. What is my time? Did I set a purple time?

Engineer: Buddy where did that last sector come from, you are P1, fastest man on the track mate. The rain is really starting to come down. I think you've got this. P1 in Spa on your debut, congrats!

Andrei: Woo!!! P1 Yes! Yes!

Races: 163 - Wins: 23 - Pole Positions: 24 - Fastest Laps: 22
Season 9: Constructors' Champions
Quite disappointed with 18th, but only six hundredths of a second off Connor suggests that maybe we didn't quite have the car dialled in this weekend. Hopefully the race team will have more joy in figuring out the set up!

So Im missing from the testers and from the racers lists...is that a mistake or have I been fired and nobody bothered to tell me?
You are still on the first page, but as a tester, but you should technically be a racer after Gigi was demoted to test driver

Thanks to John for adding Andrei to the list :)

Unbelievable guys! Thank you so much! The car felt great. Did some mistakes in the first run but adjusted to the changeable conditions. Never expected to top testing, my aim was finish in the top 10. THIS IS AMAZING! YEAAAAAH! I would like to thank the team for this opportunity. Yeah, all in all it's just testing, but oh boy, that felt great. Proud to be at MPR. Life's good!

Yeah, I also made fastest lap at my debut, if I'm not wrong, sadly that was the only time in my career
