Posted by GPGSL
Ok so spa, great classic track, always good to drive here. Although with the boost...hoping that me and gary set a lap in free practise, then it rains ruining everyone elses laps all session giving us a 1-2, me first of course ;-)

I never said that double-pitting would only occur at Zandvoort, I just said it happens accumulated at Zandvoort and your test was a prove for that. As for the seasons, you're right. I mixed that up and meant S4 and S6. S4 was a real chaos and as for S6, it's a pity that the coverage isn't online anymore. But there were also unusual happenings in S6, like Jack running from last to 9th (okay, that alone is not that uncommon yet) and Charrel slipping from pole to 21st and then back to 8th (basically what happened to Marko this time).

Either way, what are we discussing here now? We're both no members of the board (anymore, for you) and so can't decide anything. But it's a fact that this season the race was everything but smooth again and as a member of this series I think it's my good right to ask the board for an investigation. This is what I've done and that doesn't give you the right to attack me personally. And by the way, I said from the beginning on that this is only, unless there's a bug-free version of Zandvoort, which this time it was not. With that the topic is closed for me and I'll see what the board decides.

Ive just noticed the title, is it saying its the french GP a genuine error, or am i just missing a joke completely? Probably the latter, i've had no sleep with the F1 being on this weekend lol.

Looking forward to SPA. Me (more or less) and MSC debuting at the same track... AMAZING. Hope not to crash and finish the session.

To me, the double pitting issue was caused by the rain falling just as the first pit-stop window opened. It can happen on any circuit.

You're the only one that demands consequences for Zandvoort, so it is not strange that my different view on the matter becomes 'personal'. About drivers rocketing from the end of the grid to the front, in the Nations Cup this season Team France was starting at Piranema in 21st place and was finishing in sixth place without boost. At Le Mans Team France was starting from last place but finishing in 8th place without boost. Odd things happens on every track and Zandvoort is no exception. Although I'm not an official member of the board anymore, I'm still linked to it as an advisor. So that explains more or less the urge to put things into perspective with this matter. Topic closed.

Nope, both cars had the same amount of fuel which wouldn't be a problem if the cars where running more spread out of each other. That wasn't sadly the case with Ed running in 1st place and John in 4th place.

If I join you in the rain dance, AND give you first dibs on the buffet table afterwards, could I entice you into letting me top the timesheets? ;-)

Fridge stocked full of Magnums and Coca-Cola. Prepared for a downpour.

I don't want Zandvoort on the calendar but rather than shouting about it, I'm simply not going to vote for it

I dont know, all you guys who are complaining about Zandvoort. Personally, i think it is fine. I will be voting for it for EVERY season, given that I have won EVERY race I have contested there!!!!hot

GPGSL Team Owner Debut - Melbourne, Season 8 - present
GPGSL Test Debut - Hungary, Season 4. GPGSL Race Debut - Adelaide, Season 5.
My vote is probably biased; but is a lottery one off not good for random factor reasons?

And indeed, I wish there were more wet/changable races. Bring them on!

Jenson drives it like he owns it; Lewis drives it like he stole it
