GPGSL Dutch Grand Prix

Friday Free Practice

Welcome to land of clogs, windmills and funny muffins! The GPGSL circus rolls into Assen for the

Dutch Grand Prix.
First up is the test drivers in the Free Practice session.

Race Director presses the go button and the session is green.

Oakley is first out of the pits.


Followed by Warrington.


And Greidanus.


Oakley sets the mark in his Blue Flame British Gas Machine.


Warrington takes 1st in his beautiful green Aston Martin.


Team Shadow's Greidanus slightly faster, but still 1st.


Copeman puts SCM's team boost to good effect and takes 1st with a nice margin.


So does Pedersen! He takes 2nd.


True North Boss Dan Mills spoils SCM's party.


Johnson joins in.


VanSmirren's Van Smirren grabs 4th.


Little old me in 5th


Another nice shiny green Aston, this one takes 5th.


GPGSL returnee Schroeder takes 5th for VanSmirren.


Paddock sticks his MPR into 1st place.


All but one car goes for a second lap, Greidanus improves to 4th.


Johnson improves his 3rd place time.


Henrique 4th.


Cars return to the pits.




Elleker, the only driver not to take a 2nd lap is first out.


Oakley jumps from 20th to 4th.


Johnson takes 1st.


MPR retakes 1st with Winston this time.


Greidanus 5th.


Pedersen 4th.


Johnson retakes 1st on his 2nd lap.


Shepard takes 5th for True North.

2nd runs done.




Silvestre is first out this time.


No change in the top 5 this time round.




Hunsley takes 2nd in the last minute!


Read em and weep, personally I'm gonna bawl my eyes out!

Nick picked up the pace greatly, good use of his boost here. I just wasn't able to pull it together, I drove fast sector times but wasn't able to connect the best ones. I know there is more in the car and hopefully Andrew and Tommi will prove that in qualy! It's our home GP in the end

Not happy with 13th, that doesnt help us at all. The pace was there, but I just couldnt tap into it.
