Correct, but even 25 % can ovbiously create maaaaases of rain
No commentary for the qualifying yet, as I made a stupid mistake by compressing the video before mixing the two audio tracks (original game sound and the commentary track). And I don't have the time today to decompress the whole video again. But I'll try my best for the race (which should be run tonight and be online tomorrow)

Welcome back at Suzuka, Ladies and Gentlemen.
After this totally sunny free practice yesterday, Suzuka shows it's opponent face today. It's heavily raining and very uncomfortable. The track is very wet as well and it seems that it's no fun to drive today.
Again, because of limited air time we can only show you a montage of the qualifying, but I can promise you it's worth every second!
(In the next to last stint there were no major time improvements as it already started to rain more, therefore there is a bigger time jump to reach the 15 minutes mark).
The RD gives the "Go" signal and track is open. Enjoy it.
That's it from the Suzuka qualifying, the official results will be posted soon by the GPGSL!

but if i'm not wrong Florian 7th and Rod 11th,not bad

That's the reason why I hate to compress it in divx codec, the quality is really poor. I'll try to keep a slightly bigger resolution for the race, sorry for that.

Nice coverage! But indeed, its crappy you cant see the names.. If thats possible it would be awesome!
But for qualifying! I think ART did an awesome job!
With Alexandre in 4th, a great performance. Alexandre is a great teammate for me, there is so much I can learn from him.
I am qualified in 8th place, I think this is the best time I could set under these conditions!
But, the race will be difficult, but for now the things are looking pretty good..

Hmm. Bad qualy, But as Ryan said, rain, anything can happen!
