GPGSL Boost tables - Updated to GP of Hockenheim



*Notes
- A lot of boost on the circuit of Hockenheim! Devil Fox Racing to use the most, +5 BHP points.
- Christopher Hinz and Tim van Dijck join the drivers who have maxed out their driver boost.
- The reigning champion only to use his second boost this season.
- Only four teams not using boost, this happened only before in Japan!
- Phoenix is still continuing their boost streak! Although they do not have enough to complete the season, only 6 points left with 7 more races after Germany!

Race mod is up. If you have trouble loading the performance, copy it to gpxdata, then disable quickstart in csm, after the mod loads, open gpxset, check performance tab, browse to gpxdata/gpgsl.txt and load it. Report any bugs please.

The race perf is fine, so that won't affect the mod anymore. It's the testers perf that has the mistakes. Stu said he'd look into it today.

Well I've checked and double checked and can find nothing wrong. I will check a third time to be sure.
