Hi B-Tone,

I'm quite new to this forum but anyway, how long is it going to be before the final MOD is going to be released?

Still testing but cars have run out of fuel in Bahrain, Malaysia and Australia. Usually 2/3 laps from the end. Some pit, some run out of fuel on the last lap or just over the line. Affects Ferrari, Renault, McLaren, Honda, Sauber, Toyota

This is not a problem caused by the Mod, but by the tracks themselves. You have to modify the magic data of the track if you don't want CC cars running out of fuel with "CMagic 4", opening .md3 files you extracted from the track with Notepad.

you have to edit fuel consumption 1 and 2 until a lap uses exactly 1 lap of fuel. I usually find fuel consumption 1 is slightly higher. One of them is for CC cars and one is for the user (I don't know which is which though).
hope that helps :)

Well the mod is really good. I find some misakes - the grid image in menu for Mclaren is MP4-20 not MP4-21. You have done greath job with cockpits... I see that you have moved the menu from steering wheel to right mirror. It's quite nice but when you turn wheel it turns too, but it's nothing ;) I have't tested other cockpits but mod is good. One question - is there going to be made track set witch could be instaled with TSM?

For me the mod works fine. Of course I've updated by myself some things such as the Ferraris and the MF1 cars. I just need to update some helmets and the gridcars and I'll be fine, I had a go with the TSM and now I have the 2006 order, apart from the fact that I excluded Suzuka coz it can only have 17 tracks, but maybe I'll replace Shanghai for Suzuka :)

@senna. do you have a 2006a profile with 17 tracks, excluding suzuka?
make another one called 2006b and put the 18th trackk in slot 1 and leave the rest empty

Firstly, thank you very much for this excellent mod :) It made me re-evaluate GP4 and I am really liking what I see. I find it so immersive compared to the other F1 sims I play.

I have reinstalled GP4 and just this mod. I have also got the excellent WillB Silverstone and the new 2005 Hockenheim by MarioB.

My question is, what do you guys add to make this as good as it possibly can be? I see that some people use different cars. I am assuming that permission to use them in the mod was not granted or they came out after the mod was compiled.

So please post any cars/tracks that you have added to the mod, with links if possible.

Again thanks to all for this work of art.

This mode is awesome. But we have a problem. We play GP4 from our network with my friend. We create our Performance file. But CSM uses txt based another performance file. Our performance file has G4P extansion. I want to learn that are there any editor programs that allow to change this txt based performance files ?

We don't want to do this manually.

Yeah, I got the message, but how it will work in a championship season mode?

Go to 'C:\Program Files\ZaZ Gp4 tools\Settings', open 'Carset Manager' file with notebloc, beneath '[Settings]' add the line: UpdatePath=HTTP://files.vadertrophy.com/zaz/csm/1.26/Update/

Save the file and you're done. :)

My Grand Prix 4 Files

I'm a total dick. How many people can say that?
