Hi, I searched this forum and google, but I didn't find a download of the original-cars.wad. CSM needs it, but I don't want to reinstall GP4. Can anybody help me? Best thanks.

Ok Tony, I have to say the mod is excellent. I have no problems with it using the original tracks. Then I installed the newe tracks and my game crashes when I play bahrain, istanbul or the new hockenheim. wehn I hit escape to exit the race or something. Is this a probelms with the track itself. whta can I do? I have the latest versionof the mentioned tracks and I started in High verbiosity mode.
Please help on that
Thanks,

I need GP4 Performance editor program. Where can I find ?
I used GP4Perf Editor but it is not suitable for CSM.

And How can you overcome performance files?

Is there any reason why I can't open TeamEditor with this mod? I would like to edit the onboard cams.

the mod doesn't work with teameditor but with gp4tweaker, select real time editing in configuration and then you can ingame change camera's, tyres, helmets, steering wheel positions, ...

I've tried this, but it has no effect. I still get the error message about needing the updated version.

Am I doing something wrong?

In team editor we changed the performances of cars but for example we make same performance for two different car. But one of them are more speedy than other. We also make equal their team performance.

Are there any other variables for performance ?

Phantom, in team editor for two cars have exactly the same performance, you must have the same power for the cars and the same hability for the drivers and, the last column, must be zero, because that numbers in the last column is the variance for each driver, so, if its not zero, as an example, if a driver have a performance of 15300 and in the last column you have 280, it means that his performance will be aleatory choose by the game from a range between 15020 and 15580, so, if you have the car with the same power but the drivers have this difference, they will not perform exactly the same all the time, as the game can choose one driver with the maximum of performance range and the other with the minimum in the same race.

The variance number is exactly to try to represent how constant the driver is along the championship, as the real life, some races the driver runs better than in others.

try to go to the options in csm and set processor priority to normal instead of above normal
