Does anyone know anything about a group called 'SRM Team'?
I was told they converted the 1986 mod to f1c with permission, but haven't heard more since.

And I've been asked for permisison for someone to convert SRM's f1c conversion of the 2005 mod to rfactor. SRM apparently asked me permission to convert it to f1c but i don't recall anything, and i can't give permission with so many other authors involved.
'SM 2005 Carset' by 'SRM Team' is available on m4driving which apparently has:
McLaren - Teraur, Ciufi(no tabacco)
Ferrari - E_Schummi
Renault - ROM, SUFE PAINT TEAM
RedBull - ROM, Ciufi(monaco version)

You said we can't forbid you from playing this 'illegal' mod. You're right, we can't, but CSM 1.26 (if you install it, of course) will erase the mod from your HDD.

I once again repeat that self-removal it not lawfully (virus)!!! And I shall try keeping backup copies of all HDD. If that I shall crack CSM and all I shall correct that erased that autocratically!

Why would you want to use a blatant leeched mod?
The whole community is up in arms because permission has not been sought, so why encourage something that is publicly condemmed. Why wouldn't you wait for a mod that permission has been sought and makes everybody happy. I just don't get it.
