But that leaves the problem whether he can be totally banned from this site or not.

I think if a guy is a real threat he should be banned.
I say this to prevent stealing work from people who worked so hard.

Exhibit a)

Fury and his buddy come over here demanding permissions off of people by posting a huuuuuge list in a thread

Exhibit b)

Having insulted everyone, they release the mod anyways containing leached material

Exhibit c)

They'll probably continue to do it, regardless of how pissed off we are with them over it, legally we can't do anything, we can hurl abuse at them til we're blue in the face but that doesn't stop anything does it?

For these three reasons, they should be completely removed from this, and all other GP4 sites. They came here, contributed nothing, demanded everyone elses work, then leached it anyway.

If that isn't reason enough, then god knows what is

jcaanti, there is no need to feel ashamed, as long as you follow the basic rules of politeness here you shall be respected as much as everyone else

I dont feel you should ban him, there intentions really were good and the onl y way they are going to learn how the gp4 community works is by experiencing it (plus how can we all tell the wrong-doers what we think of them if we cant talk to 'em?)

I think you misunderstood me. I wasn't sure about whether he can be totally blocked from this site. No looking, posting of whatsoever. Not whether he should be banned. Of course he should be!

We have the ability to delete accounts and to ban IPs or whole IP ranges.

We have already banned Fury once, but he has made a new account. Have no doubts, he will be losing this account too, and a wider range of IPs will be blocked.

If needed, we could block the entire range of IPs coming out of Russia.

If you have no comment, you needn't have posted , meanwhile I have complained to the selling site as best I can, given the fact that I do not speak spanish my request might well be ignored. We are working on removing some users from this site, the problem is we have to be selective or other users might fall within the range and be needlessly punished which would be unfortunate so bear with us while we look at the problem. All of your shouting and complaining here will do little, I suggest that you do the same as I have, spam the site with complaints and if there are spanish users here perhaps there is a direct link on the selling page to "ask this seller a question" where comments can be left. Remember that too much abuse will likely only make this person dig in his heels and continue to sell his item. We must appeal to his sense of common decency here, not that he has any in the first place, or we wouldn't be here discussing this theft would we Does anyone know just whose work is in this rip-off?
