There is a prob with mine too
I selected renault,and after the track is loaded, I get an error message with a log file being generated.I am posting my log file,someone could help!

From the Readme - *You can now put track, car and anim wads into 'Data\Files\Wads' and they will be swapped and used in your 2005 set.
I recommend running the 'Full Season' option with 2005 Pit Boxes.
Before restoring the set, copy all the car wads (2005-TRACKNAME.wad) all 17 track wads and anim wads into 'Data\Files\Wads'.
Select the Wad Swapping option in the configure menu.
Now CSM won't need to build any wads so loading time will be nil.
If you change any wad, or after future updates run the 'Full Season' option again and re copy the wads.

I dont understand this :(, could someone explain what I have to do?
Also, i installed the update, played, and noticed the sound was A LOT different. its deeper, and kind of sounds like a muscle car of some sort, or i dont know, its just different, is it supposed to be?

hm. and i get a "System Error &H80070583 (-2147023485). Class doesn not exist." when trying to run f1graphics.exe. any ideas?
that needs to be in the same folder as the f1graphics.cfg. but it might be buggy as Zaz hadnt finished it and it sort of snuck into the mod.

make sure QUICKSTART is UNchecked
hit START
once it has loaded and GPxPatch opens go to your GP4 folder 'C:\Program Files\Grand Prix 4'
copy 17 2005-TRACKNAME.wad and the 17 track wads and the anim.wad - 35 wads in all i guess.
paste them in 2005\Data\Files\Wads

close GPxPatch
close CSM

Open CSM
hit Configure
go right down the bottom to WAD SWAPPING
choose FAST LOADING

Can someone tell me why there is no "chase view" engine sounds with Teambpr's sounds. I sometimes race in this view and love the other sounds in the pack. Thanks again.

a few weeks ago it was mentioned that the team bpr sounds lacked chase sounds, I just kept it my gp4 default sounds ( which you can choose in the configure option ) which can be anything you want

You might have answered this before, but how would I have to make it so the Sakhir Ferrari (black nose) only runs at Sakhir? In other words, is there a file I can open and change text so that the game swaps a different ferrari folder, other then Sakhir, when I play say Full season or any track other then Sakhir?

By the way, the BAR barred are indeed in the menu, and there awesome. My mistake.

when evertyhing was loaded and gpxpatch opened, i went to my directory, but found only 24 .wad's. The following ones are the only i could see in the directory

thats straight from my log, and all that was there, only 24 (including a cars.wad which you did not tell me to do). so, where are my othere ones? you said 35, i only have 24 :(

when i try to configure and change tracks it just sets it back to full season without me telling it to
