Will do. But don't know for sure what overlooked mistakes are?

Dodgy alpha layers, unpainted driver suits, that sort of thing.

I'm considering going purple for Season 9...

I have no idea what you're talking about mate ;)

Wowh, only just cottoned on how big the above image is, my bad.

Unpainted parts for the 2nd car (as it was with the VXR livery for a long time this season), sponsors on top of the layer with shadows, white lines, black lines and/or bolts.

As long as it doesn't end up like this, Dan...I think my eyes will be okay ;)

Are you not a fan Jake? ;)

I think Aston Martin have called shotgun on the dark green. If we are pinching their star driver as well as the #1, I can't be taking that too.

Ruben you are a pro. Don't let anyone ever tell you any differently.

I'll try and not deliver a broken car to you next season.

Is there any deadline yet or do we have some time to update ?

There is no official deadline, yet. But the sooner things are ready, the better. As a rough estimation I'd figure you will have about 3 weeks to finish your stuff and send it in and then it'll take another week or two for everything to be sorted out. The GPGSL will announce an official deadline in a while.

You will have plenty of time and it's to GPGSL board to set a deadline.

Dan, it's not that I want them, it's just I think thats how the numbers should be. I would feel the same way whoever was the WCC. Its that or the drivers have the number they finished the previous season irrespective of who they drive for.

Hey that would make 6 green cars on the grid if you did Dan, assuming Rod continues with green, that is. The more the merrier I say :)

I get the impression that Rod is going for a silver Audi livery. He mentioned something about it earlier in the season.

I think we'll have to experiment with some different colours over the off season.

Welp. Not exactly how I imagined my final race would go so first off apologies Dan for cocking up and chucking away what might have been a good haul of points with the late carnage. It probably wouldn't have been enough to put us into 2nd but it certainly wouldn't have hurt.

Moving on, in addition to the annual thank to everyone who keeps this series rolling I'd also like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Oakley (even if he'll probably never read this anyway), Mr McGregor, Mr Van Smirren, Mr Stoddart and Mr Paddock for all deeming me worthy of a seat in their teams at one time and another as well as anyone who ever had little ol' me as their team mate, it's been a pleasure :)

From here on out however, my eyes are firmly on the future of JHR with our first order of business to be regular points as well as getting us up into the midfield!

We will open a Season 9 Launch Thread in the next days. It would be best to hold back until the thread has been opened. But you can send the files to Ruben already because I am sure he is happy to get files as early as possible.

Good to hear. Are you able to do renders again?

Well i must say, I am looking forward to seeing a brand new team on the grid, and a brand new livery in GPGSL. Always good to see the new liveries rolling out...
