Ed Greenhalgh to leave Aston Martin Racing after Season 8

Reigning champion Ed Greenhalgh has today announced that he will be departing Aston Martin Racing at the end of the current season. Quoted through a car window outside his house, Ed said, "After such a fantastic run at AMR I have decided to opt for a new challenge for next season. My utmost thanks goes to Stu and the team at AMR for the opportunity. But anyway, I am not Harry Redknapp, please let me drive in."

His destination for Season 9 remains unknown.
