Ferrari fanboys cry out when similar things happen at other teams. At least, they won't be advocating this move I hope.

everyone with their arse in their hands must relaise that EVERY team does this. When two drivers are told to hold station (mclaren in turkey) is that any less team orders than this?

Alonso once again showing his true face so to speak, complaining on radio when Felipe is fighting against him and is as fast as him and then taking advantage from team order and celebrating/smiling on podium.

Yeah it is team order, it is obvious team order, but other teams do that less obvious too. Ferrari told Massa that Alonso is faster than him, but (I hope) they didn't say more. So Massa let Alonso pass by himself which is not a pressure by the team. Then, Massa did the decision on his own. Is this """team order""" then? What is team order?? There is a championship to win, everyone would do that.

ban them. that's all i have to say on the situation. Holding position, playing safe, fair enough because nobody particularly loses out (unless the driver behind is massively faster or something), but deliberately changing position is completely against the spirit of the sport.

I loved the fact that the onboard showed felipe using half throttle... so blatantly obvious, and if the stewards don't look into it, then something is seriously wrong with the sport

He'll do whatever it takes to win. I respect that.

Everybody would do that, and sometimes it's necessary. Alonso was not a title contender, with 18 points was necessary for him to be a contender and 7+ points won't make him leader. Besides, when similar thing happens in other teams, all Ferrari fans cry as if they haven't abuse that rule in Schumacher area.

It wasn't fair, but Domenicali made the logical decision. He did what he had to...

Horner just said on RTL that if the stewards or the FIA don’t act, they will present a formal complaint.

Eddy Jordan: "blatant breach of the rules and theft".

and Massa at press confrence when asked what happend after Smedley's message, says the obivious from everything :(

Gutted for Felipe

Can't believe Ferrari today

They must be punished, clearly broke the rules, the evidence is there on the radio

doing whatever it takes to win? could be compared to doping in other sports, this was against the rules so same thing.now it's time for penalty!

Massa in PC - something along the lines of, "the team, the team, the team, good result for the team"

Not good.

"Trulli was slowing down like he wanted to have a picnic" LOL

@rapid_f1, but he doesn't lose a guarateed place. Massa was guaranteed a race win if he could maintain his pace. In turkey, there was no guarantee that button could get ahead of hamilton and stay there, so he potentially didn't lose anything.

I must say that Alonso's move on Massa to take the lead was outstanding! Showed true guts and skill. The type of guts and skill you need when you radio the team and cry to them "ridiculous!" WTF!

I don't think Ferrari will be penalised - it was more of a moral crime rather than a legal crime based on the current rules.
