As with any other sport, spaniards always resort to cheating to win.

huoh, shanghai wasn't an extra stop, he had to pit because he had pitted so early. interlagos was yes but kimi could have won it anyway because he was close all the time.

No, Massa passed Raikkonen on the back straight at Shanghai.

In brazil 2008, it wasnt even done in the pits.

Massa wanted to do it on track but on his inlap into the pits he made a mistake so Kimi managed to overtake on track anyway...

tv camera didnt see his mistake, check sector times

Ferrari's been fined $100,000 and referred to WMSC for team orders and bringing the sport into disrepute

from Jon Noble and Adam Cooper on twitter.

EDIT: If Massa made a mistake and Kimi got past it wasn't team orders anyway ;)

All previous incidents were when the title was up grabs within a couple of races.

Here, still both drivers can win!

It's too early to get behind one driver for the WDC. We are only just past the halfway point!!!!!

What if Alonso breaks his leg in Hungary? And what if Massa then goes on to lose the title by a single point?

Ferrari are committing to one driver too early. Okay, Massa has been poor, but today he was simply awesome.

RBR, a team of little experience of front running have made them look stupid. I have to say RBR recovered well from Turkey, and Silverstone regarding the wing. Ferrari have done something much worse though. Thats it for the season now, Massa is a #2 driver. They obviously have no belief is his talents to win the WDC otherwise he would have won.

If this was two races to go? i could maybe accept. but not now. We dont know what awaits around the corner. Ferrari dont know. It was wrong and there is NO justification for they have done at this point in hte season!

If in 4-5 races time Button is 30+ points behind Lewis I would be very disapointed if Mclaren didnt adopt JB as a second driver. But if they do it at Hungary well, I will lose all faith in Martin as a team boss, and so will Jenson.

What will this do to Massa? His confidence has been low, he gets a hint of a win, drives perfectly and has to let Alonso win. This must be killing him inside, and I feel for him! he's a star man up against a c*ck. A c*ck who just happens to be damn good driver. Who probably would ahve overtaken Massa too if he went for it instead of moaning!

Anyway, dont know why some of you are mucking Alonso's comment

Dont you remember what massa said after Kimi let him past in 2008 also?!

it was the best time for me in the race, I was quite strong and then I caught him and I passed him

I believe the rule states "Team Orders that could influence the outcome of a race" - or something to that effect.

The difference here is between letting someone by and being forced to let someone by. The first is legal, the latter is not.

surely Kimi would have been told by the team?! I dont think as a racer he would voluntary do it?! unless after 2007 he might have actually. good point.

Ferrari has been fined $100,000 and referred to the World Motor Sport Council for team orders and bringing sport into disrepute
less than 20 seconds ago via TweetDeck

NOTE: Further penalties could be applied (and probably will) at WMSC hearing

Lewis and Mclaren lied at Aus and lost their points and posistion.

Ferrari have just as blatently lied to the press, should the same happen?

well kimi said after the race and even before the race that he hasn't got a chance to the title so he will do what is best for the team .

ah right ok didnt know that.
Shame Massa cant feel the same, if he really thinks he stands a chance from that far back then I feel sorry for him
