My mates father-in-law actually designed the livery (as well as the old Mild Seven Renault) and he has received a lot of stick for the orange apparently. The reason for it however, is because the TV changes the colour the cars appear on-screen. It is therefore intentionally orange so that on TV it appears a very striking red colour ;-)

LOL, Bruno looks like he's just noticed the guy taking photos! Karun's pose is gold.

Pretty nice looking car though. Only time will tell how much effect their lack of testing has.

The shape should be very good, but it will surely take them a while to get anything out of it, especially as they have two rookies driving for them.

Chandhok looks nervous and a bit unsure there

I laughed my arse off at that awkward Chandhok-Senna pic. Great stuff.

I actually think that is a really good looking car! Just needs a few sponsors and would make a really great addition to the grid :) looks reasonably developed, no less so than either Virgin or Lotus. Probably 10x better than anything USF1 could have come up with, for sure!

Don't care for the livery, but I have to question some aspects of the car.

Namely and most obviously, what the hell is going on with the brake cooling? Did they design and build the thing then have a moment where it dawned on them that they'd forgotten something? They look like a clear afterthought. Even the tyres look out of proportion.

It looks like a low budget 90s team.

Considering that this team is only making Bahrain by the skin of someone's bank account, and I imagine Dallara weren't going to pour Toyotaesuqe wads of money into the development, then I think it's fair to say this is pretty much a 90's style budget team.

Both Senna and Chandhok are firmly in the deep end and it's very much swim or drown stuff for both of them when you consider that they have....what 4 days f1 test experience between them, and no track time that we know off in that dallara.

Still....there's a certain little brazilian who will be willing to blame the the FIA, marshalls and even stray dogs if Bruno ends up toiling around at the back of the the back all year.

Have to say, after seeing these other photos and getting a good view of the front of the car, I'm changing my opinion of it somewhat. Seriously, WTF? I hope they're not planning on actually going racing with that? Ridiculous comedy brake ducts and a front wing that looks like it was stuck together from spare parts or something? I've seen more convincing attempts to build cars out of Lego than the way the front of this one looks. Oh dear.

Given the point J i m makes about the sheer lack of F1 experience both drivers have, allied to the lack of track time for this car, this kind of brings home just what a monumental challenge they're facing.

I actually think it looks pretty neat and tidy - certainly prefer it to the Lotus! Now THAT looks like a cheap 90's car for sure!

So out of the three backmarkers, I have to say this is my favourite.

Hey Nick, 2010 called, Dallara wants you to know the car is designed by them ;)

It looks like a 2009 car that's been badly modelled for GP4. ;)
