Not sure, but looking at the replays, Massa did go completely off the track before hitting Hamilton, which is a very weird line to take to the corner.

Massa and Hamilton both with penalties. Both deservd, Kimi got pushed right off the road and finally Lewis gets punished for driving like a t**t.
