Not respect but clarification made by FIA. I wonder why FIA hadn't made such a clarification ages ago?

Massa quite surprised me - seems like he's matured now..

Lewis would have won quite easily if the track had continued wet - he was way faster than anyone else..

I think ITV just knew they were rumbled when all 19 drivers said the penalty at Spa was fair, Harsh but fair.

massa let him past through curva grande one lap later.

i´m really happy for vettel :)

btw: anyone else thinking that lh was driving a bit unfair when battling with glock, alonso and webber? a bit too hard imo.

In case you didn't notice - Massa let Rosberg pass a bit later but easily won his position back.

Webber yes (utter stupidity really), but not the others. Thought it was unfair and dangerous on Alonso on initial viewing, but looking at the replay it seems he was clear. I do have to question moving into the path of another driver immediately before the braking zone though. That's asking to be taken out.

This trend to pick some teen idols instead of experienced great drivers is totally wrong, but "its good for F1" and specially for collecting younger fans for the sport. Easy to see if watching amounts of Kimi and Hamilton fans in these days and level of posts in all forums. They might be fast drivers, but they are also sometimes so freaking helpless.

Kimi, so, Massa Fernando Sebastian is faster than you. Can you confirm you understood that message?

A driver and now winner no-one can fault or dislike. Its been time since we heard the german national anthem and italian together. The tune that used to be so common to F1.

Well done to what was a perfectly controlled mature race. Simply stunning. Was a great race Lewis put some very nice moves on people, though when it came to defending lacked a little respect imo.

What happened to Rosberg? And why on earth did Honda and Williams set JB and Nakajima up for wet? Okay it was wet but they had NO straightline speed at all. Bad call imo. Was nice to see JB bashing piquet abit aswell, hopefully next time the tw4t of a driver will make sure he wont need to try barge JB out the way. Button's race was not bad given his car I guess but in the rain I still expected more from Rubens also.

Kubica had a quiet race really but was there when it mattered.

Alonso again maybe just me saying this because I love the guy but stunning race and once again beating drivers in better cars. He never looked that quick at any time during the race but he used his head pitted at the right time and grabbed a stunning 4th.

edit - if Allens comments about Vettel being in Kerpen the other day at Shumi's kart track in the wet are quite true, and of course they would be then it's certainly hoped. I thought about it and if it were just to simply hone his wet weather skills than its fantastic. I cant really see many other drivers going through the effort.

edit 2 - I have to say this is almost if not as equally bad as Honda being matched by SA. STR are such a smaller team than RBR with limited resources and they are making RBR look absolutley silly. Same car yes adn probably a better engine but RBR should be alot quicker than they are. btw in qualifying it was 3 adrian newey designed cars in the top 4 ;-)

YES, i hope he gets a podium son because he needs to get rewarded for al the great job he's been doing this year.., the best drivers are the ones who shined in slower cars... just like Vettel today

Didn't see the race nor the qually, and I am convinced Vettel did well, but then again, WTF @ the STR, where and when did they get the pace to make a race-winning car?! I heard it was very wet, but even then, the best cars still should have an advantage over something like a STR...

Simply amazing.

Yeah, I thought so too. In wet conditions he really should be more careful, Obviously none them are as good as he is in those conditions, and could easily loose it and take him out. :)

Most annoying thing about this race, was people cutting the chicanes, taking the whole kerb. Pretty much everybody was doing it. Although I noticed Hamilton, Kubica and Vettel to be among the worse. They need to do something about that, it makes those corners much easier, the way things are now.

Still, brilliant work from Vettel. A well deserved win.
