I would, I hate seeing a sport I love to follow repeatedly come under disrepute cos the FIA are a bunch of retards with nothing better to do than sit with a spoon and stir @#$%& up.

Oh, you mean something like a team gaining a performance advantage because of it's design engineer having a 780 page document about the development of the car of their rival team and being allowed to gain a huge advantage in what concerns to studies and simulations of aerodynamics and engine upgrades to his car, or having the knowledge about in race settings, number ad timing pit stops, weight distribution of the rival team? yeah, they should be excluded. oh wait...

If Hamilton wins because of this (which he wont) i dont care, Mclaren got docked $100million for supposedly spying and got the constructors taken off them. If Mclaren win because of this then its back equal (ferrari win what was mclarens championship and mclaren (lewis) win what should have been ferraris(kimi))

their was an investigation into that and it was deemed no performance advantage was gained. If this investigation concludes that the drivers did not gain a performance advanatge then fine.

i'd rather that they investigate this and find that there is no grounds for punishment, than do nothing at all because it was the last race of the season.

Baldiserri has alluded to this, claiming that the ambient temp. in Brazil b4 the race was 'strangely' spiking suddenly from 30 to 35 degs., and that some teams' sensors malfunctioned...he said that Ferrari noticed this in time and did the necessary adjustments, and honest mistake from BMW and Wills, nothing more.

lol, really? Then why was the team stripped of their points? If you believe that having the knowledge McLaren had from the spying scandal didn't bring them a performance advantage you're either a blind man or simply a Hamilton homer whom probably nobody should be taking seriously.

The cars of Rosberg and BMW are now officially declared illegal! No penalty announcement yet.

So you're not clinging onto the hope that your beloved team won't suffer because other teams potentially cheated?

not really, as someone has calculated that Ferrari would have won the Constructors championship by 1 point (204 vs McLaren's 203) taking into account the loss of constructors points at Hungary for McLaren.

and Baldiserri is bound to give any explanation he can to make sure the temperature anomalies are not made into a big issue.

Having read some of what comes out of the spanish media I'm reluctant to believe that.

Refering to past cases here is meaningless, Ferrari were using an illegal car in Melbourne and nothing was done, to counter the above argument.

The only past case that can be applied is the '95 one, in which case Raikkonen remains WDC.
