After the Australian GP, Kimi was the number 1 contender to win the 2007 Season... But since then, Kimi hasn't done much... But usually, Kimi seems to wake up in the last part of the season? (2005 for example)... Will he make a wonderfull second part of the season and win the title?

wasn't really his fault in '05. the car failed many times either in the race or practice so he was handicapped by starting at the back. can't really say he was asleep and then "woke up" for the 2nd half of the season.

i agree, we need to make this a 4-way battle, instead of just a 2-way between Lewis and Alonso.

Let's hope that Kimi can get back to winning ways soon, Ferrari should go well at the Brickyard but they should have done well in Candad and they didn't.

Difficult, 21 points behind LH and 13 behind Alonso...and Ferrari doesn't seems to be at their best. In Canada I was surprised how easily Alonso catch up Kimi so I think McLaren is quite ahead of Ferrari...But as many people say, there is a long way to go. MS was capable of recover the difference from 25 to 0 last year!

but that was because the FIA didn't want Alonso to win so changed all the rules and handed out unfair penalties to try to make their hero, MS, win the title.

I want this, who gives a damn it's between two teammates, Ron Dennis is not the man for early teamorders (like Williams too btw), let them fight with all the weapons they have ;)

I too hope Kimi recovers, but not because I'd like him to win the championship necessarily. :) If Massa gets too much of an advantage then Kimi would be asked to support him in his title bid, whereas I think the McLaren drivers would be allowed to fight it out. This means that...

a) We don't get to see Kimi really fighting for the title and
b) If gives Ferrari a weapon which McLaren does not have

I think the title fight would be better without these 2 points, so I hope Kimi catches up!!

Kimi will swipe Indy and then people will go back to blazing about Kimi winning the title. You watch...

Thats because Kimi had part of Kubica`s car in his front wing:

Sorry if it seems a bit hard suggesting this as I have'nt posted here in ages. James Allen is indeed a bit of a pain but in his piece yesterday on the ITV site he suggests that most in the F1 paddock know Raikkonen has personal issues. Martin Brundle also observes that he barely looks healthy. This probably has as much to do with his situation and performance currently as anything. Allen even commented that the team (Ferrari) might put MS back in the car at some stage and give Raikkonen time to sort himself out (ie - go to a drying out clinic). I think it most unlikely he will be a real threat this year.
