I would like to see a proper look at the crash between Juan Pablo and Pizzonia to see whose at fault, we only saw the end of the incident.
compared to last year it was crap imo. 2004 race was edge of the seat stuff.
more thoughts later.

pathetic. i cant believe we lost another 1-2 finish

by montoyas body language it might be his fault - he might have cut up pizzonia

then again it may not

Prolly Pizza-boy was miles quicker on slicks, and was trying to go round Monty, who cut him up

oh dear.

looked like it was going to be a good race starting with fisi's crash but then nothing really happened, apart from some idiot running into JPM looking for a renault drive next season most probably.

I don't know what happened with Montoya and Pizzonia, but in any case, a lapped driver must make things easy for the others. The same for klien: he didn't hit Fernando but was near. Lapped drivers should not try to overtake the drivers who are fighting for the race. Maybe Montoya should have let Pizzonia pass as Fernando did with klien, but it is still Pizzonia's fault.

What's the matter with lapped drivers this year?

TOMA!!!
Ron said for RTL, that pizzonia let JPM pass, and then crashed into the back of him, like verstappen in Sao Paolo 2001.

solid drives by Raikkonen, Alonso and Tiago...Who wouldve thought he'd have brought the Jordan home in the pts. Was disappointed to see Schumi taken out like that. He wouldve probably had a podium if not for that incident. But I guess Sato will also be Sato... Pretty interesting overall. But I guess it was shaping up to be more exciting than it actually did turn out in the end.

Well, that's just bad design. :P

Does anyone know what happened in the first pitstop when the safety-car?

Montoya was first, Kimi second, Trulli third and Alonso fourth.

After the pits:

1.Montoya 1 stop
2.Ralf 1 stop
3.Villeneuve 0 stops
4.Kimi 1 stop
5.Alonso 1 stop
6.Trulli 1 stop

What the hell happened with both Toyotas???

Ralf didn't stop, cos he'd only just stopped. Kimi toured in as slow as possible, so as JPM would be out of the box before he was there, so the order stayed similar, but Ralf and JV jumped up

Great race! Big shame for Montoya. Great drive from Kimi and smart drive from Fernando although he is lucky. Can someone tell me why was Webber on the slicks during SC? He stopped one stop more and maybe lost podium position, but fastest lap is his I think. Great job Tiago.

think youll find that he had bad oversteer in first stint, which was overcome with front wing being adjusted in pitstop
