Great job by Juan Pablo and Kimi, hopefully Alonso will have problems tomorrow, throw in a bit of rain and we'll have a great GP!
Regardless of what you've said cott, I stand by my orignal statement.

Firemen etc are paid so much less than F1 drivers and they do a much more important job. People would kill to drive an F1 car, whatever the conditions are. If the drivers don't want to race on Sunday, I'd do it. I wouldn't get down the first straight, but I'd be prepared to do it because I love the cars. They should just stop moaning about the brilliant situation they've found themselves in: being an F1 driver.

Anyway, hopefully we'll get a McLaren 1-2 and a Renault 19-20 and the championship battle may continue!

I hope Alonso finishes on the podium and I really think Kimi will suffer an engine failure! There were some rumours that he had some problems this weekend but they didn't change it. So I hope he blows it :-)

i agree with qwery - f1 drivers these days are made into abunch of pussies.
obviously you'll get situations when you can't race due to rain but generally f1 is becoming too easy. with all the aids, the hi tech cars and now the mile wide runoffs its getting really sad.
i also think the runoffs could end up more dangerous than safe. liuzzi had no worries blasting thri the rain cause he knows an off won't hurt much, so what happens when theres 3 or 4 rookies in a tight spot, and none of them know anything but huge runoffs etc. thier instincts aren't going to be as honed as in the past and a big accident could happen.

but good qualy - hopefully mclaren can hold things together tomoro, and alonso falls off somewhere. he's yet to finish a race at spa, so heres hoping for some continuity

I'd rather trust their judgement of the conditions.

yeah, we already discussed the Hilton sisters in another thread...

Good job from McLaren, lets hope Kimi can do the business and Alonso crashes out on the 1st corner. Ralf is right next to FA on the grid, so it might happen...

and Doorknobs car gave a continuous line of sparks going through Eau Rouge, that was cool.

RIP Jules, never to be forgotten. #KeepFightingMichael

And where were this rumours? Only in your head, or somewhere else too? Because I couldnt find anything about it...

We need RAIN tomorrow or it will be a very very very boring race!

There were rumours also about Alonso's engine but they didn't change it (yet) hopefully it will he blows it :)
The thing is, that there werent any rumours about Kimis engine, only about the Renaults and Montoyas, which was already changed.

there was a rumour about Kimi's engine (it was told on finnish television) but it was a rumour just like that rumour that said Kimi was drunk and running naked at Monza when they were testing (stupid rumour and impossible becuse Kimi spend only 30 hours there and was driving most of the time )

Wow there's actually a race this weekend? I thought this weekend was just announcements about companies buying out F1 teams and tyre suppliers boasting and stuff like that
