Care to elaborate on that? ;)

If you are racing, keep on racing and get some points!

Easy for you to say when you are taking part in the race, for me and some others it's the only chance we have to see a glimpse of ourselves

I would still like to see my car in some screens, why not go for the way we do at the GPGNC? 22 pics, one for each car, arranged in the order as they finished the session

I agree, was thinking of the same thing..

Race starts: 141 | Points: 886 | Podiums: 35 | Race wins: 10

I'd go for that, 22 screens for qualy but keep FP as usual. In the event of a testers' feature race, have a pic with the starting positions and times, along with any necessary comment (a track incident that caused an unusual time, track conditions, etc.). Then the feature race as usual.

Stats: 139 Starts / 7 Wins / 9 Poles / 5 Fastest laps
As has been up to date, it's to the RD's discretion how he presents a race. I agree, however, that the FPs shouldn't all the time get results screens only. That's not fair at all towards the test drivers. Cutting down the qualifying coverage is a good way to reduce workload, though, and shouldn't be a reason to put off people.

As for my team's name choice, nobody is forced to like it. I do. And if it's reason for somebody not wanting to drive for that team ... meh, then I'd probably not want that driver anyway.

Quick suggestion from someone who runs a GP4 AI league and has only just stumbled across this thread:

With so many teams on the waiting list, why not introduce a second division, with promotion and relegation?

We don't have 44 drivers, and also they've tried it once before, didn't worked out as expected

Thank you for the input, but yeah, the idea has been brought up countless times and always declined for good reason. At the moment we barely have enough staff to run the main league. And we have many teams dropping out at the end of the season. So, for next season we neither have enough staff, nor enough teams, nor enough drivers.

Wow, two days and the thread is already on the third page, I think there was more activity than ever in these two days. ;)

SCR is confirmed for S11.

It looks to me that we have enough teams and drivers to carry on the series for S11.

As Free Practice for me, well, pretty disappointing I should say. Those wet conditions is hampering and yeah that mixed up a little bit. Good luck to the rest of DMR drivers.

True words. I think that people who are keeping the league alive (RD duties, tables, activity checks, performance file verification, mod work, creating content, not receiving any activity penalty during a season etc) should be awarded with extra boost points.

To be fair, even as a now frequent delinquent when it comes to making the activity checks, I think this is a great idea.

Would certainly encourage activity.

As one who'd profit from this rule, I'm pretty much against the idea. In worst case, it'd lead to situations where more people want to be active than there are jobs to do. And where to draw the line? A whole season boost for RDing one round? Or just for this round? It's too complicated and spurs jealousy.

Those who work actively for the continuation of the series very much appreciate a thank you once in a while. But 'buying' active people with boost gifts is the wrong way, imho. If people want to help actively, there's always something to do. But doing it for a better position in what's supposed to be a fun game is capitalism of the best sort.

100 extra performance points for 7 race weekends instead of for 6 race weekends.
