I say we finish 1-2 ;)
Not to happy with Pedersen at the moment.. Could have gone for pole here, even als the first driver on slicks.. Anyhow enough to do in the race!

When Jalving was on his lap, you ended up coming out of the pits in front of him. He managed to get ahead, but lost time as a result of having to pass. So I think that's why he said he's not happy with you.

Bit of rain in the race and I'll feel half confident.
Race has been run, and we have a winner. And best part is, the rain didn't play a part this time, so we got a fully dry race. Hoping to get started on the coverage, and may even have part 1 up by later this afternoon.

Swift and awesome as always Greg, you really rock :-)

Race wise I know I have the car, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to fight John for the pole but I echo his thoughts, being in the 1st group meant we had no chance with the track drying up. But that's the lottery part of it. The rain could've perfectly intensified towards the end so the 2nd group's 2nd run would've been ruined.

Stats: 139 Starts / 7 Wins / 9 Poles / 5 Fastest laps
Just to confirm at this stage I do intend to re-launch my team for next season.

My GPGSL Career
GPGSL Rd 11 Brazilian GP – Race Day

Part 1

Hello once again. We are back here in Interlagos, where we are just about ready to get the race underway. We had a mixed qualifying session yesterday, in which it started off wet, then dried up by the time the final runs for the second group were underway, and it was Jack Elleker who was able to take advantage of the drying track to snag the pole position. I hear the cars returning from their warmup lap, so let’s head trackside as the RD readies himself to hit the start button.

Weather Report

Here we go. All the cars are lined up, and we are set for a start. Elleker is on pole, and has Kederer alongside. And this time around, we have a completely dry track, so now we get to see how everyone’s pace will be in the dry. When the lights go out, it’s go time.

They’re off!

There’s a lot of jostling in the pack on the run down the straight.

Sanvitale has lost a position to De Bruyker.

Rodriguez and Jalving get stuck into a battle.

Nell sits ahead of Maverick.

Elleker strikes first in the battle for fastest lap.

De Bruyker makes a move on Warrington, and gets ahead of the Greidanus.

Now Sanvitale has a chance to make a move. Meanwhile, Keranen has been passed by Legge at the rear of the field.

The Snake drive succeeds in getting by, and Greenhalgh also attempts to get by.

Nell has managed to get by Jalving.

Maverick seems to be struggling at the current moment.

Elleker has a handy lead over Kederer.

Rodriguez makes a move on Copeman, and succeeds in getting by.

Now both Nell and Jalving have a chance to try for a move on the MAC if they can get close enough. Meanwhile, the timing shows how the top 10 have moved since race start.

Behind Jalving, Ancevski is trying his best to close in closer on Thomas.

Let’s check out the standings.

Sanvitale goes for a move on Warrington, and manages to get ahead. Meanwhile, Elleker lowers the time once again for the fastest lap.

Now Greenhalgh has his chance to get by.

And the MPR driver gets it done.

Ancevski finds himself being under attack from both Kittleson and O’Brien.

Kittleson succeeds in getting by.

Moinet now finds himself on the back of the battle.

Elleker’s lead continues to increase.

Pedersen seems to be doing well so far as he holds onto 3rd.

Nell moves by Copeman to be inside the top 10.

Rodriguez now wants a chance to get by Warrington.

Keranen is in the wall. He must have a terminal problem.

It is. Transmission Failure brings his race to an end.

Now Rodriguez seems to be trouble as smoke is starting to pour out from the rear of his One.

He pulls off to the side of the track, and retires from the race with an Engine Failure.

Ancevski now finds himself defending from Maverick.

Legge won’t be too happy being down the rear end of the field.

Worseling is doing fine at the current moment.

Maverick goes for a move on Ancevski.

But he is unable to get the move done.

Time to check out the standings again.

O’Brien’s race just hasn’t been going too well for him as he is unable to match Worseling’s pace.

Horvath was passed by Michail earlier, now he wants to get that position back.

And the TNR driver gets the move done.

De Bruyker has managed to get ahead of Worseling.

Sanvitale is next in line to go for a move on the SCR.

Further back is Greenhalgh, who may be able to take advantage should the two make contact.

Sanvitale goes for his move, and succeeds in getting by.

Now Greenhalgh can go for his chance to get by.

And he makes the move work.

Legge is doing the best he can to close in on O’Brien.

He makes his move at turn 1, and gets ahead of the SCR.

Moinet now has a chance to make a move.

And the JHR driver gets it done at the end of the straight.

That’s all for now as it’s time to take a break. We hope to be back again soon with more of our coverage.

GPGSL Rd 11 Brazilian GP - Race Day

Part 2

Welcome back.

Here is a decent shot of Horvath’s TNR.

We have a three-way battle between the JHR, SCR and TNR.

We have a visual view of how big Elleker’s lead over Kederer is.

And the actual gap is shown on the split.

Unseen by the cameras, Nell has managed to get by Worseling.

Further back, we can see the final points positions.

It looks like Nell is starting to close in on Greenhalgh.

Even further back, Legge is right on the back of Copeman.

And it looks like Horvath has managed to get ahead of O’Brien.

Legge goes for his move on Copeman.

And he succeeds in getting ahead.

O’Brien didn’t take long to get back ahead of Horvath.

However, Horvath is determined to get the position back as he is still close enough to the back of the SCR.

Any contact between the two drivers, and Michail can potentially take advantage.

Let’s check the standings again.

Warrington makes a passing move on Jalving.

But he couldn’t get by as Jalving manages to hold his position.

He’s still close, so he may attempt another passing move when the chance for it comes.

The Greidanus driver goes for his move.

And this time he gets the move done.

Now Thomas has a chance to get by the MPR.

However, Jalving manages to hold him back.

Kittleson probably has a good view of the battle.

Elleker is the first driver to make his stop.

Greenhalgh is also in.

Thomas gets his move done and gets ahead of Jalving.

Now Jalving has Kittleson to deal with.

The Greidanus driver goes for a move up the inside.

And he succeeds in getting by.

Elleker now finds himself in 14th after rejoining.

Greenhalgh in 18th, Ancevski in 19th, Moinet in 20th.

De Bruyker is now in for his stop.

Nell and Jalving are both in as well.

Elleker goes for a move on Copeman, and easily gets by.

Michail is in for her stop, and she’s reporting that she has an issue with the Throttle. So her stop may take a bit longer than usual.

Sanvitale is reporting he has Electrical problems, but lucky for him he is able to make it to the pits.

More drivers are in.

Warrington is forced to wait for a safe release. He will not be happy with this.

Copeman is in the wall.

His race is over thanks to Suspension Failure.

Pedersen and Kederer are in for their stops.

Pedersen has managed to keep ahead of De Bruyker.

We have a few battles shaping up.

This should be an interesting battle between Pedersen and De Bruyker.

Meanwhile, Greenhalgh and Nell are in their own battle.

O’Brien is the last driver to take his stop.

De Bruyker has managed to get ahead of Pedersen.

Off camera, Maverick has managed to get by Thomas.

Kittleson looks to be going for a pass on Sanvitale, but this corner is not usually a passing spot.

As a result, Sanvitale is forced out wide, and ends up spinning out.

Watching cars come directly at you is a sight most drivers don’t want to see.

He manages to recover, and gets going again.

Horvath is off the track with massive damage to the front right.

It seems Horvath got too much acceleration, causing him to run wide and out into the wall.

A very disappointing end to the weekend for TNR, with both drivers out.

As we prepare to go to our next break, let’s check out the standings now that all drivers have made their stops.

Time for another break. We hope to be back again soon.

Bit of a tough race for me so far. I just don't seem to have the pace to get through the field. I'll keep doing my best, but it probably won't be enough to make it into the points. At least Worseling is doing pretty good so far, so chances are he'll be the one to bring home points for SCR.

wow, managed to recover to points somehow!
That's great, and great race as usual :)

Well, Jalving should have gone faster than he wouldnt have ended up behind and lost time ;) Cant really blame me for Jalving taking it easy ;)
