s it possible in gp4 to turn off the smoke coming off the tires in gp4? At almost every corner where you have to brake hard the wheels lock up and you get smoke from the tires, I find that a bit unrealisticby Pont - Grand Prix 4

if i open a magic data file i only see the adjustments of 6 gears but for example racing on melbourne all ai cars use the 7th gears as well?? How can I tune all the cars so that they all (including my own car) use exact the same setup and gears ? Is this possible without using Individual Helmets and Wheels Tweaks editor? Should I first remove the following files from my cars.wad file? (From the helmet shape I have now installed / arai 6) car_helmet_00.gp4 car_helmet_01.gp4 car_helmet_02.gp4 car_helmet_03.gp4 Helmet_stuff.tex Then put car_ferrari_helmet1_0.gp4, car_ferrari_helmet2_0.gp4, car_mclaren_helmet1_0.gp4, etc into mby Pont - Grand Prix 4

Beautiful carset!!! I would like to add my own helmet and name to the set for my own personal use? How can I replace the names of for example Heidfeld and Raikkonen with my name and that of max verstappen? I would also like to replace the pictures of heidfeld and raikkonen (in menu) including the helmets and performance file. Is that possible in csm mod?by Pont - Grand Prix 4

Is there anyone who could help me installing the 2001 helmets made by hega, kizz, bluesky and Matt? Maybe this is the solution for me. Some of the drivers use arai, others bell or Schuberth? How do i install these helmets? Readme file is not included.by Pont - Grand Prix 4

If I select 1 car I can see the helmet of the driver fine, however the helmet of the driver of the car in front of or behind it is then not displayed properly? What could be the problem here? The textures cannot be seen, you only see a black helmet?by Pont - Grand Prix 4

Quick note for GIMP users: These are the menu options you need to check out: LAYER - TRANSPARENCY - ADD ALPHA CHANNEL LAYER - MASK - ADD LAYER MASK LAYER - MASK - SHOW LAYER MASK Mentioned because I tried (and failed) many times to do alpha layers in GIMP (in Linux), but it turns out, that's all you need to know really. PS: If ADD ALPHA CHANNEL is greyed out, it's becauseby Pont - Grand Prix 4
