One question that pops into my mind about all of this: Unless they kept Alonso in the dark about this whole plan (which is certainly possible), if they find these allegations to be true and Alonso is found to be part of the conspiracy, will he be punished too? Such an outcome would damage Alonso's rep, big time.by The Lopper - F1
I think there was some discussion about this around Malaysia, there doesn't seem to be monsooneys any more. I suppose they were used only very rarely, and you'd have to wonder if they would have made much difference at all had they been an option at Sepang this year.by The Lopper - F1

^ Exactly, it's entertainment. There's plenty of technical analysis on the Beeb anyways, plus DC will laser EJ if he gets anything wrong. EJ's straight talking and funnily enough, he doesn't pain me like most cringe presenters/analysists would. If you had two technical minded, always right people, it'd be interesting, but boring. DC, EJ and Jake Humphries are a great comby The Lopper - F1

Interesting thing about Fisi going for Monza, Ferrari aren't predicting a good performance at Monza due to the car's inability to ride kerbs, whereas Force India are quietly confident. Could be a real Alesi moment for Fisi if he ends up at Ferrari and finishing 8th place while watching Sutil snatch a podium or something...by The Lopper - F1
While it is something to be able to say you raced a Ferrari F1, it's hardly that great to be able to say you put in the most embarrassing performance in memory in that car. More than I'll ever manage I suppose... Still though, he's confident of a points finish at Monza.by The Lopper - F1

I've said it before, I like EJ purely for what he is there for: To stir controversy and cause banter. Half of the time he's spot on and half of the time he looks like the world's biggest idiot. However the entertainment value you get from Eddie's blustering, DC's withering looks and Jake Humphries' boyish enthusiasm is excellent, in my view. Wouldn't change it fby The Lopper - F1
Five Live, I think, is awesome. Allen was annoying whereas Legard is crap. I can't make up my mind whether I'd prefer someone who knows what he's talking about and is pretty competent at his job, but is the commentating equivalent of nails on a blackboard, or someone who's just useless. Ideally, I'd prefer neither. It's a pity, because apart from that one quibble, thby The Lopper - F1
Button should take it, simply because no-one else is going to be consistent enough to take points off him (Unless he has another DNF and Barrichello or Vettel score big, which alters the situation somewhat.) There's two many interlopers at this stage, Ferrari and McLaren will probably be pushing for wins at some stage or another and you get an inkling that if Force India are eyeing up Monzaby The Lopper - F1
