No, it is impossible to set performances just for wet conditions, sorry.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
I think you'll have to try it for every single track, one by one. I really have no pleasure to do so, so for my races I always set the gear ratios on every track to 26, 32, 40, 49, 59 and 69. I don't care if the cars are far away from the rev limiter at the end of the straights. So, for me this method works very well and it is the quickest method known to me. Nevertheless, if you reaby klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Yes, that's part of the game: You'll have to be quick. With little practice it might be possible for you to get this right, for sure! Nevertheless, I wished we had a possibillity to determine the new tactics right on track before coming into the pitlane, but sadly Geoff Crammond did not implement a feature like this.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Sorry for coming back once again to this issue, but I don't think that it is overcharging, if I asked you to reveal, where you got my (and probably a lot of other GP4-user's) e-mail address from. I'm a german. Germans are always a bit crazy about things like privacy protection. Also, I like to keep control about my personal data in the internet. So, once again, I ask you - the operby klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
I got an email, in which I was invited to join this new forum. Well, regardless to this new forum or the invitation itself, I would like to ask where the email-adresses are from? When I have a look at my profile, or any other guy's profile, I can read: E-Mail: - hidden - So where are the e-mail adresses from?by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Well, you just have to drive into the pit. Then, go to the cocpit-view (if you haven't already), press the throttle-key (keyboard or steering wheel) until the cursor it marking the tyre choice, thereafter, just steer to the right (keyboard or steering wheel) to chose intermediate or full wet tyres. Finally, press space-key (keyboard, have a look at your steering wheel settings tby klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
gezere schrieb: ------------------------------------------------------- > [...] Hm, really strange! For me, it sounds like this problem is related to the track, respectively the cc-line you are driving with. What track are you driving on and in which corner is this issue happening? Are you using a custom cc-line? Maybe this track / this cc-line is already known for this strange issue to oby klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Also, I made a new loading screen for Baku in original GP4 style. Link:by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
I found the original cc-line of the track being a bit rudimentary - especially for our keyboard-players - so I made a new cc-line for you. You can download it here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1RMy82iYnZxUxBmeJfrLTu0iyZ8X_0MJf @ToJepo: If you like the new cc-line, you are allowed to insert the link into your fist post in this thread.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4

I think, I remember, those files were saved in any of the personal windows folders like c:/user/... I don't know the exact folder any more, so, I think, you have to for the files in this area a little bit.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
It took some time for me to understand and to test all these new values. It's so lovely to see all these new knowledges about GP4. Thank you so much, Atticus! This was a brilliant work!by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Thanks for your nice investigations and for the descriptions of the new findings. It must have been a lot of work for you. It reminds me on my investigations regarding the ccshuffler a few years ago. I'm looking forward for your cmagic4.ini description. In an overview it might get even more clearer to us, what value has which effect, I think.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4

Nice to hear some results of your work! But which value are you meaning by 'the two "segment nrs" of 6'? Which line number is it in GP4Builder?by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4

For me, sadly, this fix doesn't work. CCcars get stuck in the pit with wheels still running and pit crew isn't doing anything. I tried it on various tracks, but this bug is reproducable so far. On some tracks it needs some time (~1 minute) till the pit crew lifts the car and starts to work. Has anyone else this problem, too? I just found out, it is because of the physics file.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
Newadays more and more mods aren't released publicly anymore, because 'they could be sold on ebay', these modder say. But now, we still see the mods being sold on ebay. But in the opposite of earlier times, now all GP4 users are forced to pay for it! That can only mean one thing: The bad guys cannot be leechers of mods not being released and that guys who are selling mods on ebaby klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4

Wow, it's overwhelming to see this bug being fixed after such a long time. Very great, you tried to find a fix on your own and had success! I will try this fix and tell you, if there appeared some new problems. BTW: You told, you learned assemler. Thanks, Gildav, for your updated version. Now, it works fine for me. Great track and a great idea to involve the oval-layout-pitlane into the international layout. It looks very spectacular. Also I love the oval track!!! Nice idea with bridges and elevations.by klausfeldmann - Grand Prix 4
