Hi guys, after installing gp4 after quite some time i'm really enjoying it. But i was wondering, gpxpatch has one great feature (imho) that i dont think a lot of people use. Random seeds, you can use your own custom weather. Problem is, i don't have any to put in there. Does anybody else?? I'm particularly looking for a race where the track is soaking wet but it's not rainiby <Maverick> - Grand Prix 4

Laurent: spent some time with the editor again - erwin and i have a problem with the new pitbuilding for bahrain, when it's placed in the gp4 versions +12.8 cant really open the gp4. It takes maybe 10minutes to open it. Older versions work just fine. - Newly generated pitlane bin disapears like the track bin did before the segment slicing.by <Maverick> - Grand Prix 4
well sorry guys, but it has been delayed. Not becasue of technical difficulties (as you've seen other tracks work just fine) but due to a big lack of time. only people working on it atm are me and erwin. Both of us dont have much time, and we dont have eachothers skills. (i really cant model, and erwin doesn't know gp4 tracks that much) so we often have to wait a while on eachothers inpby <Maverick> - Grand Prix 4
well erik, you can send it to me and i'll have a look at it.by <Maverick> - Grand Prix 4
erik, did you delete the last sector, create the bin, and remade the last sector? Or did you leave it out?by <Maverick> - Grand Prix 4

the best way to do this is by looking in the sector you want to align it with, and copy the position values from it. (X Y and Z) then you sector is exactly right, you only have to displace it a litle bit to the left/right.by <Maverick> - Grand Prix 4
hm, thats strange, that shpuld be an old bug wich is solved some 3deditor versions ago.by <Maverick> - Grand Prix 4

How about if somebody copied the "connect pitlane start/end" for over 1000 sectors :+ (i had one of thoseby <Maverick> - Grand Prix 4
lo2k quick feature request, i have lits of people mailing me tracks with numerous flags wich are copied over the whole lengt of the track, stupid mistake (i've made it too sometimes) but i can only tell them to start over, cause there's no way of fixing it. Can you make a ferature where you "remove all X flags" so all your hard work isn't wasted?by <Maverick> - Grand Prix 4
well, i had more people asking for more updates on the tutorial. Problem is, i really dont have the time for it atm. so you'll have to work with what yuo've got atm. But, i cant see this often enough, there's nothing you cant do with reading my tutorial and (!) the manual provided with 3deditor. I can always take the time for awnsering qustions (but you'll have to wait for anby <Maverick> - Grand Prix 4

The problem he has with the pitcrew on the wrong side of the pitlane can be solved by changing a checkbox of the intitial sector. it's called "garage side: right/left" change this and your problem should be solved.by <Maverick> - Grand Prix 4
