I'm afraid this isn't enough of information for an absence notification. The time of absence needs to be given precisely. I'm well aware that this is difficult when somebody is moving, but at least an estimation should be possible.

Team Shadow Announcement

It is with great pleasure that I can now reveal Team Shadow shall be pairing up with Mercedes in season 8 to begin a new era as Team Shadow Mercedes. This is a very exciting time with us and we look forward to collaborating with such an iconic brand steeped in history and vast success in motorsports.

I'm also really happy to announce that Tobias Kederer shall be the latest driver to step up from our Driver Development Program and into a race seat at Team Shadow. Having been working with him since season 6 I know what a top guy and great asset to the team he is and I'm really excited to be able to push him forward to be a certain champion of the future.

Kederer: "I'm really happy that I'll be racing for Team Shadow in Season 8, I very much enjoy being a member of this team. During the test sessions in the last two seasons I've gained much experience, and also Marko and Ruben have shown me many useful things. Now I'm looking forward to show what I've learned in the races against the other drivers. That's the chance I've been waiting for."

This promotion means we do of course now have a space on our driver development program. Former graduates include Season 4 Test Driver's Champion Zsigmond Somogyi, Season 5 Test Driver's Champion Ben Johnson, current Driver's Championship contender Ruben Greidanus and of course current Test Driver's Championship leader Tobias Kederer. We're looking for any driver that would like to become champion in the future, no matter experience, to join our team. I like to keep all my driver's involved in team development and this will especially be the case as we enter a new era as Team Shadow Mercedes. If you're willing to let us develop you for a season, we promise to turn you into the next best race driver.

Seems like some nice changes at shadow with mercedes signing up and tobias stepping up. Have i missed something relating to either ruben or marko's future though?
Great oppurtunity for someone over at shadow, i would say i'm envious but with the positive steps christel are taking hopefully we'll be up there ourselves anyway

I was wondering the same, but so far I haven't seen any announcement concerning Marko or Ruben. I knew of Tobi's promotion for some days already so my 'shock' isn't that big anymore, but this is definitely an interesting addo to the 'silly season'. I'm looking forward to see what will happen next.

Hello everybody. My name is Joshua. I am Chris (Captinfranko's) brother and he has finally managed to convince me to sign up to this series. I am pretty much familiar with how things work, as I have been following his work with Christel VXR. I am really looking forward to being able to get started in the series and therefore I am offering my services as test driver to any team who would want me on their books.

Yes, you're absolutely right. Shall I say, 18th to 30th of this month is the time, when it is most difficult for me to get access to the internet. Though I will do my best to visit here when ever, and from where ever I can.
