GPGSL Season 6 Complete!

Posted by GPGSL
10th is not such a bad result, since we are a new team. I think we'll do better next time. :-)
booo to Glen, lol! doh, didn't see the updated screens in the original post, been waiting on these for ages LOL!

Jenson drives it like he owns it; Lewis drives it like he stole it
Congratulations Marko, very good drive. For me another 11th place, didn't got the pace. Luckilly no mechanical failure or a bumper car on my back.

My Grand Prix 4 Files

I'm a total dick. How many people can say that?
Points for my teammate, but not a great race from me, rather disappointed with it, but I will improve in the next race

Great job Chris, our best result to date and signs we are moving forward. You would have to be the most underrated driver on the grid I reckon.

:( Crap race for me. Good Race for Dean.
From last to 12th place.. Atleast a point! But I need to push harder in qualifying.. Maybe I have a pointfor most places gained? We will see..

Now I just want to go home and prepare for the next race..

Podium... Sweet i am really glad that the bump with Marko did not knock him off the track. Very tense and exciting good clean racing otherwise ;) Well done to the team for putting me in a great position and even though i finished so close to the leader i am delighted with that. Also points for Pederson will really help propel us up the tables
WAHOOOOOOO! 5TH PLACE=d=d finally some points!

oh, for crying out loud
First win of the season for the team and myself and my first since since Interlagos in s5.10 th career win. Cool.
Thanks Ruben.
Looking at the final part of the race and fastest laps chart, we're still struggling with tyre wear.
Every race I'm defending just prior to the end.
Incredibly important that Horvath, JM, Houston and Jalving didn't score (much) points.

GPGSL career;
Current team: Team ShadowSubaru, Previous teams: MPR, Minardi
starts:100 Wins: 12, Podiums: 34, Fastest Laps: 14, poles: 12 Points: 708

awesome! wohooooo. thanks, boss :-)
i had a lot of luck considering the vast amount of incidents but it was time to get some compensation for the difficult races we had so far.

used to be GPGSL's Nick Heidfeld
Excellent race for VSM! Fantastic drive by Ben! I´m extremly happy i finished in the points.
Great to get some points after the early spin, but once again a feeling of 'what could have been'...

And yet Monaco gets voted into the calendar basically every year...

I'm relatively pleased with that result...we scored points again which is good. We keep chalking them up. Well done to the boys

An interesting race that has led to another solid finish :) That will do very nicely.

Just for my own curiosity, I've done the drivers title race calculations after 5 rounds:

Drivers Championship Standings
1. Marko Aleksander 54
2. Dean Kittleson 34
3. Charrel Jalving 29
=. Norbert Horváth 29
5. John Maverick 27
=. Phillip Oakley 27
7. Matt Houston 23
8. Ruben Greidanus 22
9. Ben Johnson 19
=. John Warrington 19
11. Ed Greenhalgh 18
=. Rodrigo Vilela 18
13. Ross Cartwright 16
=. Glen Sheppard 16
15. Jack Elleker 15
=. Gianluigi Silvestre 15
17. Michael Pedersen 12
18. Juliano Muller 11
19. Christopher Hinz 9
20. Nick Worseling 8
21. Tommi Karjalainen 5
22. Jack Hunsley 0
=. Connor Steer 0

All I can say is wow. Things have definitely spread out more - though unfortunately, Snake Motorsports, for some reason, are still struggling at the bottom :( (Gutted for you Maikel - just can't win. :p)
