Alex, if that's a helmet for your Facebook team, then why does it feature a Twitter logo, too?

Race Day

Hello and welcome to Rio and the Jacarapagua circuit for todays race, with the news that as the two tyre companies have brought such durable tyres, all cars would make only one pit stop to cut down costs.

Six different cars line up in the top six places on the grid with Australian Ed Greenhalgh in pole position.

And they are away.

Great start by Aleksander as he makes up two places in the first corner.

Maverick takes an early lead.

Jalving down to 12th losing 5 places.

Maverick leads at the end of lap 1.

Johnson takes 5th from Muller followed closely by the two Shadows.
