GPGSL Season 6 Complete!

Hi, guys. Only to show the new layout for GPGSL-3 results and standings:

These are really good tables mate. Well done.

As a side note, do people want me to add some of these things to our tables, for example places started, places gained and national flag.

Let me know what you think and if there is anything else that you feel should be add to the tables, please feel free to say so.

Although I like these tables, I personally think that there is nothing additional in it that would be necessary to integrate in ours as this means only more work for you. The only useful thing might be the starting positions. But even these are only a gimmick IMO.

Trust me to forget...haha. Guess going out to purchase a PS2 game (then spend several hours on that game) wasn't the cleverest thing to do on deadline day.

Anyway, the deadline ended 3 hours ago. Do not forget (hopefully I won't next time ) that the next deadline is on the 15th of May 2011 at 9PM BRITISH TIME.

The results of the activity check will be posted as soon as possible.

GPGSL Activity Check Report

The first activity check of the season has been completed.

Under normal circumstances, one driver would have received a penalty for their inactivity.

Glen Sheppard

However, Sheppard stated that he would be absent from the GPGSL between the 24th of April to the 29th of May - as such, he is exempt from inactivity penalties until that period of time expires.


As a result, all drivers were active.

Please remember that the next activity check will occur on the 15th of May 2011 at 9PM British Time.

I think that maybe you could have a look at the Wikipedia-style Season 4 tables, as these had a lot of information and showed it very clearly. Personally I prefer the simple and informative look rather than nice looking graphics.

Personally i like the nationality flags, and the places gained part, but the tyres and the starting positions just look a bit awkward

Is there any new news on the new car shape yet?

GPGSL - Christel VXR team Boss S6-S8, S12 Onwards

Love the use of nationality flags. I think the grid positions and places gained boxes would look better if they positioned to be touching each other, like the constructor and tyre boxes. Not sure why, just seems logical and as if it would be more aesthetically pleasing.

Well, it's not a problem for who use Adobe Photoshop... hehehehe

I like GPGSL-4 graphics; we made this (me and Erick - erickvondraxeler) based on GPGSL-4 graphics.

I got the mod from Ruben this evening with the car of shame (I think, didn't have a closer look at it because I was away from home until now). Sorry guys, but with me getting the mod that late, it was impossible to do it earlier. I promise that I'll run it tomorrow directly as first thing of the day.


/add: I did a night-shift and ran the FP, but I'm definitely too tired to do the coverage now. As promised, that'll be the first thing as soon as I get up again.
