You're welcome and have fun:-)
oh one more thing, pole position ussually hasnt been often converted to a race win in GPGSL ( i cant remember the % number, really small, as i checked a season ago)
in Montreal however, 2 out 4 won from pole (GRE, VOO).
So it has high rate.

oh, dont forget weather is 25%.

yes please mate, that would help me out alot if you could share that.

Also, a general question, is Philip Oakley still present on this thread because the BFM team or himself have not used a boost for a very long time.

To be honest there are one or two members who haven't posted for a long long time and would have been penalised long ago if we had been doing activity checks. That is a major fail on our parts in the GPGSLRS. I personally think we need to cut out the dead wood and should just throw out anyone who hasn't posted in over 3 months. Also a double penalty for 2 months and one penalty for one month should be given. Then continue to check activity on a 10 day cycle.

5 x WCC - S5, S6, S7, S8, S10 | 4 x WDC - S5 Nick van der Voort ; S6, S7, S8 Ed Greenhalgh | 2 x WTC - S6 Stuart Ingers; S8 Andrei Sevastian
Sounds like a good idea, but maybe you should wait doing that until 2. Jan or something, giving these people a last chance during the holidays now.

That doesn't make sense to me, John - if they've not been on for months on end, why would they bother coming on because of the Xmas holidays? They've had plenty of chances to post and post again.

Obviously it'd be best to initiate any activity penalties after the Canadian GP - as the perfs are already green for this round.

I only brought it up because BFM drivers are getting penelized in a way by not being able to use there boost.

I would like to make a request to the GPGSLRS that you allow either Chris or myself to allocate boosts for the team.

I don't have a problem with BFM drivers allocating boosts, and under the circumstances, given that the GPGSL is supposed to be responsible for the activity checks, I doubt that we'd have a problem with it either.

Anyone mind if I put up the activity check I've done right here onto the thread?

EDIT: I've sent it to Mal, so if he wants to post it, he can do - I have a Christmas lunch to eat now ;)

What I meant was not to do activity checks until 3rd Jan. as some people - including myself - are not at home at the moment and might not have the possibility to go online as much as they want. Sorry if I expressed myself wrongly.

Yes, I don't think the proposed 10-day activity check should start until after the Christmas-New Year period, but I think its fine to do the 2 or 3 month activity check now.

I agree with that totally - in truth, that's what I meant (guess I didn't explain myself properly. ;))

Seeing as how people were commenting about having an opening theme during the Belgian GP coverage, I figured I'd give a go at an opening theme myself (using Season 4 footage, naturally).

Reckon I should use it?
