Hi guys! Many of you already know me from the GP3 forum, but... anyway I'd like to aplly for a test seat for Season 6. Is the driver list in P1 updated to next season, so that I can see what seats are available?

Kinda gave it away huh?

On the subject of tyres, we will stick to what we have. Cars are already painted for S6 with Bridgestone and Dunlop

Going back to what Ruben mentioned about failure rates. I think we need to edit the magic data for the circuits for that. As most of the tracks we use are derived from Formula One, those tracks also reflect the low failure rate we have in F1 now. I think the magic data should be along the same levels as the original 2001 vanilla flavoured GP4.

Statement from Matt Houston

I posted within 10 days. Simple as that. As far as I am concerned, and it appears I am not alone in my thinking, I posted within the time frame.
If one says, "Can you have this to me by Friday?" you have Friday to submit what you need.
There is no time mentioned in the GPGSL rules posted at the start of this thread.
The 6pm rule has never been documented, it is merely the time in the day that the activity is checked.
I posted on the day of the deadline.
If you want to make a time, then document the bloody thing and not just bring it up when you need to defend your decision.

I will be in talks with MPR as to my position for next season.
I will also be in the car in qualifying and on the grid for the final race of the year.

In the final update of both mods, which will be released this weekend, he will be a testdriver also.

If Matt 'arrogant pr.ick' Houston is seriously interested in the series, he shouldn't have waited to post a comment when it is '2 minutes to midnight'.

Can I make a suggestion regarding next season?
How about considering a change in car shape? The current shape is fine, but very outdated. Mitsuro Sano and Soubringer are both developing excellent 2011 fantasy car shapes, and Soulbringer also released and amazing X-1 with all templates needed...

Maybe its something to consider...

outdated?if i remember well the SMD-ZG01 has been released just two years ago,and it's still a beautyoh,and Maikel is the only shape supplier here

well,changing sometimes is good,but this isn't the case IMOin every case,I've made many variants of the ZG01

Nope, we dont need a new carshape. This shape is fantastic and it will be pretty stupid to change shapes now. Already 4 teams i know of have painted tehre car to near completion...

If a carshape change will take effect it should be announced earlier in a season. Not during the "winterbreak" :p.
