Someone has mentioned this earlier, but why should we even need permission to take a bunch of screenshots/videos using that track?

Mr Stodart defended a user of this forum for steeling the Road America track
that im author and not only that but when i asked for advice what to do
he pinned a thread and let many people have a go at me. Thats not acceptable
in any case.

Also i dont allow the use of my tracks because im not allowed to enter the
league. I find it very hypocrite of the GPGSL directors and half the members of the
league to use my tracks and me not allowed to participate.
Ofcourse Mr Stoddart will reply back for things that happened S2 of the league and
he will try to descredite me and take advantage of his position as moderator of this forum.

Anyway those are the facts.

I dont wish to cause trouble but what i ask i think its more than reasonable considering the
circunstances. I was left with no choice to post in this thread, I asked many times to Mr Stoddart
to not use my tracks in the GPGSL and he will not listen.

I suppose that's explicit and makes your post unnecessary. For me this really sounds like he IS listening.
Anyway, even if the GPGSL would use your track as a race but wouldn't pack it in the MOD it would be fair, as taking some screenshots from a race that is driven on one local computer doesn't hurt your copyright rights.
So maybe you should take this good old saying to heart: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you!

Jorge I can see there is some issue between you and Mortal but I can't see why permission is even needed to just take screens of a track

As has been said it will not be placed in a trackpack, so I can't see what the problem with the league using it is

Look at the screenie section, do any of those people need permissions to take screens of cars or tracks

Dan i have no problem with people taking screenshots.

I do have a problem that GPGSL race directors use my tracks
to advertise this forum.

Like i said i find it very hypocrite of the race directors and half
the members of the league wanted to use my tracks and me
not allowed to enter the league. That could avoid a lot of friction.

Thats right is in public domain. How about reading the Read Me file that says clearly NO LEAGUE TO USE IT.

Yeah i am very proud what i did after the abusive PMs
that i received from. I asked you many times( must be over 40 times)
not to use my tracks in the GPGSL, what did you do you Threated to ban
me for that many times. Yes thats right your an abuser moderator.
