If there is still a chance to keep this seat then that would be great I didn't realise we didn't auto atically loose out seats! good stuff
It all depends if your old boss forces the new boss to keep the drivers. He can also say that the new boss can fire everybody if he wants to. So if I were you, I'd start sucking up to your boss ;)
Announcement about the team sales

All the future plans are in. These are the plans:
Velox: For sale
Alpha Motorsports: For sale
Dark Xploder Racing: Pull out
Devil Fox Racing: For sale

Lucky 7 had already been put for sale earlier and had already been sold to Mal.

This means the following four people can start negotiating with the team owners:
Stoopid
MDBSnake
Rod_vs
Racingstefan

As there are only three teams for sale and there are four new team bosses, one will end up without a team and will start with a team base perf, while the others are able to carry on with the existing perfs of their bought teams.

So, the sales ban has been lifted. Announce your stuff, we're eager to know it!

If you can guarrantee that Christopher Hinz keeps his seat for the entire season 5, then you can buy DFR.

Wow. News to me. Perhaps you should've negotiated with me about asking me to join rather than just saying that I'm in SCR for next season. ;)

Either way, woo! I have a race drive :)

Hinz has found another seat now elsewhere, so no restrictions on drivers line up, 2 spots free at DFR to fill in for the new owner!

May i ask the admins if its possible to post the WDC, WCC and the WTC tables on page 1 in the first post after every update comes out? I cant find the bloody things anymore :p

No need to negotiate with you Dean, the sale of Lucky 7 included the current drivers contracted for S5. :-)

Malaysia was Mediocre, but we are already focusing on next race ^^

Dean just meant he might not have wanted to drive for the team taking over ;-) So before you make your line-up known (this is also for all the other upcoming teambosses) you should contact the drivers of whom you've 'bought' the contracts and ask them whether they want the seat or not - probably no-one will decline but it's just for the formality :)

This.

To be honest, nobody negotiated with me regarding my signing with Lucky Seven in the first place - which I would've preferred, to be honest.
I don't blame you. If I had been in your position I would've felt exactly the same. Whoever was in charge of that made a really stupid mistake.
I think that when Dean joined the only vacancy was at Lucky 7, and it was open and ok to be filled. If you want to join and there's only one seat, what's to negotiate? As for S5, part of the L7 deal was that I got the drivers for one season. As it is Ben Johnson has already broken contract with SCR and defected to TSS. That was my number 1 test driver. However, by doing that, he opened the race seat for Dean, and if Ben had stayed on, he'd now be in a guaranteed race seat for S5 with SCR and Dean would have moved up to number 1 test driver. But I'm not complaining, I have two test driver vacancies now, and the object of the exercise was getting test drivers into race seats for S5. Silly season, who would've thunk it. meh! :-)

You are now in a far better seat in the long run however. Why stay at a rubbish mid-field team as a race driver destined to finish at the back week-in-week-out when you can be winning the test driver championship, gaining one of the best performances on the grid and possibly fighting for a top race drive in a few months time?

;-) TSS rules etc...
