When you don't press the save button in the TSM MD tab, it won't create a 'TSM-MD file'
Then when you load the trackprofile it doesn't detect its own MD formatted file and leaves the MD in the dat untouched.
But because TSM uses it's own naming conventions the existing data in the dat file will keep the track from correctly loading in GP4.
In simple:
TSM names the trackslots to [Trackname][Year]
then the hardcoded untouched MD tells GP4 to load melbourne2001 which could easily be Fuji2009 for instance...
TSM 2 will detect this, but the soon to be released final of ZaZ Gp4 tools 1.26 doesn't.
Another solution with current TSM is to open the dat file in cmagic and clear the Prefix value from the 'GP4info' settings
